Horrible experience

We spent two nights here. It's a good value for your money. We needed a good place to rest, quiet and clean- this placed checked all the boxes. It is close to the metro and there are a lot of great and cheap options to eat. They helped us keeping our luggage and even let us stay lo ger than the checkout time. Will definitely come back.

Great value stay, very convenient location.

The hotel was well located and clean. There were no amenities at all. For a functional purpose it did the job.

The ceiling literally fell on us. Watch out for exposed metal bed frames we got multiple scratches on our legs. Overall it was conveniently located, clean and quiet.

Clean room and comfortable bed This is a basic hotel NO amenities. No bar, restaurant, pool . No fridge or coffee in the rooms . If you just need a place to sleep it works. Food options in the area are limited.

Room was decent No parking, hallway was very loud

The staff was extremely helpful and attentive to our needs

Great place and very close to the J and M subway station. Our bathroom door didn’t shut all the way which was annoying and there was no trash can in the room. Other than that, good coffee and the staff was very helpful. They even let us drop off our bags before checking in

Very good location, close to a station maybe a 1-2 min walk away, nice staff at the desk that are helpful don’t have any issues with the property it was very bare bones though and for the price I think they could deffo spruce up the rooms and offer more like a full length mirror in all the rooms would go a long way. We also had a big room with dead space a sofa and coffee table could easily fit in there! No discount for repeat stays, were going to come back and stay again because the location was so good but there was no reward for loyalty. Again a full length mirror would be great in the rooms it’s not a big ask at all. Overall would come back in the low season. Staff also don’t answer emails at all so means you have to call and can be inconvenient when it’s a different time zone.

Great location—just a block away from the train station, making it very convenient for transportation. The staff were also friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. Overall, a convenient and pleasant place to stay. One of the biggest concerns was the breakfast. During the booking process, the room was advertised as including free breakfast, but upon arrival, we were informed that breakfast was not available onsite. This was disappointing because the information provided during booking was misleading. Another issue was the noise level. The walls and doors did not seem to provide enough soundproofing, so we could clearly hear footsteps in the hallway and sounds coming from the neighboring room. This made it difficult to fully relax and enjoy a peaceful stay. The bathroom design was also inconvenient. There was no shower curtain or door, so water would splash and flow onto the bathroom floor while taking a shower. This left the floor wet and could potentially create a slipping hazard.
-
No water or other complimentary beverages in the room, but a cafeteria with 24/7 coffee/milk/tea n water. Staff are not friendly, they have no idea about the location and attractions. Area not suitable for fam. with small kids. we only slept the night n left early every morning.

There was an available room on a busy weekend in NYC but the price was way too high. It is very convenient to the train station. 1. Way overpriced for what I got 2. Parking situation is terrible. I since found out that there is a parking garage within 12mins walking distance. The attendant told me twice that the only parking was on the side streets. 3. There was a sticky residue on the floors of my room and bathroom.
