Convenient location, clean room and helpful staff and amenities.

The coffee was horrible

There was a strong flowery smell in the lobby that was not for me. My husband on the other hand, loved it. Nonetheless, it was strong! The rooms had very little shelf space, only one small mirror, and a very small sink set in the corner so it was hard to brush teeth or wash face. The rooms were not cleaned very good as the used towels were left hanging on the racks and empty cups and bottles were left on the nightstands. Only towels left on the floor and the garbage cans were emptied. Finally, because of the lack of shelf space in the room, our suitcase remained open on the floor. Big mistake! When we got home there was a dead rat in that suitcase. We did address it with management and because we can’t actually prove it was from them there is nothing that can be done. However, we are 99% sure it came from that room! Served its purpose, but beware! We would no stay there again!

Super small room. Uncomfortable.

An absolutely wonderful hotel right in the center of everything. Just a short walk from Moynihan station, excellect staff, helpful, welcoming and customer focused. Highly recommended!

Cake out time staff no respect????

I like the location and cleanliness and friendly staff. I was not able to get an early arrival even when the option was given through email.

The location was very convenient and easy walking distance to a couple of different subway stations and Time Square. The staff were very friendly and professional. The room was exceptionally clean and the warm cookies at 5 pm every day were delicious

The breakfast was good. Enjoyed that you have a waffle maker. We were happy we were able to snag breakfast before a long day. Very nice that we were able to drop off out bags before we checked in. We didn't have much of a problem. We were a little bummed when we went to leave one morning and there was no water in the water by the front door. But other than that it was a great stay.

The location was in walking distance to where I was going Lighting in the bathroom could have been better

Great location, room very clean. Very conforable bed. Quiet location, our room was facing the courtyard and you couldn’t hear a thing. There were not a lot of hot food options at breakfast, basic, but plenty cold. The waffle machine was popular. The man who was stocking up breakfast was very nice. Complimentary cookies. Small room, we travelled with 2 large suitcases. We had to open one on top of the bed, the other on the floor but then there was no room to move. Breakfast room very small but we always found a seat.

Good location off 8th Avenue and 38th, although it is easy to walk right by it because the lobby is so small. Room was small but functional and the bed very comfortable. The breakfast area is rather dreary in the basement, and the breakfast food basic. However, we appreciated the convenience of the hotel and its breakfast very much. Would stay there again for a few nights, but not for an extended stay as not many amenities.

Room is too small and refrigerator didn’t work. I asked to have it replaced after all the food I have bought and placed inside it spoiled and I was out $84 of fresh food

Walking distance from the Time Square and even with a longer walk the Cental Park also reachable. Metro station also very close. Breakfast was fine (omlett, waffle, every morning, ham every second day,, tea, coffee, apple and orange juice, jam, croissant, butter, and fruit) Free coffee and tea all day beside reception at the entrance. N/A

nothing didn’t get the chance to check-in , refused entral plus being charged the full amount for absolutely no reason had to find hotel ourself late at night after 12h flight, plus landlord keeps on lying about refunding our credit card when its been now a month and we havent received our money back. NY trip completely ruined scammers , never book through them
