We loved our stay here, from the doormen in the lobby to the housekeeping staff, all were helpful and friendly. Propery is clean and well maintained even if a little dated. In a wonderful location for dining options on Amsterdam as well as Broadway. Close to The Museum of Natural History. Steps away from the 1 train.

Location was good just revise your Invoice at check out because they charge me for Evian water they had at the room and I never drank it.

Close to restaurants and shops and a walk to Central Park. Do wish the rooms had fridge and microwave though, otherwise nice traditional space.

We are a family of four and stayed for 10 nights. Everything about this hotel was amazing, the staff, the doormen, the house keepers, all were great. Very professionals and kind and always willing to help. We will definitely come back to this hotel again. Thank you so much for making our vacation so memorable and enjoyable.

Great experience, typical New York room size (so not lots of recreational space), but great for our family of four (5 night stay). Awesome area of the city!! Staff were super helpful, property was spotless (and daily housekeeping)

Staying at the Lucerne feels like living in NYC as this is a non-tourist area. One block away from the entrance to new wing of American Museum of Natural History, two blocks away from Central Park.

Very satisfied, will stay with them next time I'm in NYC. Great staff, very clean rooms, excellent amenities. Really appreciated the ride to the airport was cheaper than Uber. Room service from the restaurant was A+
