Well kept, staff friendly, quiet and good selection for breakfast

The property is located in an ideal area The price was extremely inflated for the room experience. The furniture was old and worn, the bathroom was minimally stocked towels. There was soap scum and mildew in the shower and on the shower ceiling. I have stayed at this hotel in the past, it is in desperate need of an upgrade. The price is ridiculous!!

The room was ok . But unfortunately didn’t have a microwave, other than that the stay was fine .

Staff was super friendly and accommodating and checking in/out were a breeze! Would definitely stay here again!
-
Parking was safe and easy. The double bed rooms should have queen size beds.
-
I like the staff very friendly I couldn’t find the check out times. The dining room did not answer. Elevator in parking garage not working. Not able to upgrade.

The biggest issue was a false fire alarm around 10:15 p.m. Families, including ours, had to wake their children and evacuate the building in their pajamas. Once outside, there was little to no communication from the staff about what was happening or what we should expect. After we were eventually allowed back into the building, the emergency intercom continued sounding for another 15 minutes, making it difficult for anyone to settle back in. To make matters worse, the hotel was hosting a three-day Indian wedding celebration. While we respect that guests are celebrating a special occasion, the hotel did a poor job of managing the impact on other guests. Loud music and dancing began as early as 8:15 a.m., waking people who were trying to sleep. It was also difficult to enter and exit the hotel and access the parking garage because the celebrations frequently blocked normal access. Had we known a large multi-day event would significantly affect our stay, we would have chosen a different hotel. Overall, the lack of maintenance, poor communication during the fire alarm, and the disruption caused by the event made this a disappointing experience. I cannot recommend staying here.

Nothing. Rooms small, flies flying around all of the food. Private event cut off access to general public. Parking garage elevators broken in 100+ degree weather.

Loved the convenience, location, staff and the comfort. Pretty clean, smelled great, everyone treated us wonderfully. When we told them a light bulb was missing in the bathroom they quickly fixed it. It was a long walk from the parking garage to the hotel elevators, shower head that goes from hard to harder, Ketchup bottle had black mold in the top, just little things.

The breakfast is awesome! The property is old.

Everything was great. As good as one would expect from a Marriott.

The location. I am awaiting a follow up from the manager as he was not available when I checked out. My room was bad. The elevator had a bad smell. There were kids running up and down the hall, smoking and being loud. My bathroom was old, had rust stains in tub, over the door, cracks on the ceilings and no shower gel or shampoo. I tried calling downstairs but no answer. The shower curtain had stains or perhaps mildew. I am disgusted. I shared this with the lady that checked me in. She was also there when I checked out. She said she would speak to a manager about this and they would be in touch about a proper compensation. I paid almost $400 for this room. It is definitely not worth it. She also acknowledged that she heard the complaints about my floor and cited the hotel needs renovation. There were police officers attending to concerns when we arrived and they were still there for a few hours it seems. I am a Bonvoy member and have never experienced this before. I could have booked elsewhere but wanted to support Marriott. This hotel experience was horrific. I am appalled. To add to this, we attempted to look out the window but there was a brown substance all over the curtains. Why wouldn't management do a walk through with house keeping to ensure the floors abd rooms are up to par?
