No refunds if you check out early. Place is old and right next to very busy road. Hard to sleep.

SAD, SAD, SAD. TERRIBLE PLACE TO STAT. ALOT OF HOMELESS PEOPLE HANGING AROUBD BEGGING FOR CHANGE. PEOPLE BUYING AND SALEING DRUGS ALL DAY AND ALL NIGHT. ROOM WASN'T CLEAN, DIRTY SHEETS WITH BLOOD STAINS, NO TOWELS. USED CODOMS ON THE BATHROOM FLOOR. HOTEL STAFF DID NOTHING ABOUT IT.STRIPPED THE BED ONLY TO FIND A HOST OF ROACHES AND GED BUGS.

Nothing good about this room

When i booked the room i was given the total price as i get with every other hotel ive stayed and when i get there the room they offered was extremely smelly and very unkept by maintenance so they offered a different room that wasn't much better and when i went to pay charged me more than what my total price was said that there was a deposit that i would get back after check out but still have not received and its been over 3 weeks this is absolutely absurd and unprofessional and because i didn't receive the deposit back put me in a bad spot because that was my gass money to get to my next job location and it cost me that job so i will definitely never use that place ever again !!

Very kind cleaning lady. Room was a lot better value than those in town. Definitely will come back when back in town. Thank you so very much.
-
The tub faucet dripped enough to be nearly as constant stream. The shower diverter was stuck in a half shower/have tub faucet position so the water pressure was weak. The furniture was cheap particle board crap.

House keeping did not show as I was told they would

It was a great place to stay the only downside was the bed was a little bit uncomfortable and very very nosie even if you sat on it the whole bed creaked and I'm only 190 and it was a queen bed.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Bates Motel doesn’t have anything on this. If you’re looking to sharing your room with roaches, having your room smelling like roach spray, dirty bed sheets and carpets, feel every spring in the mattress, have no towels or anyone to speak to at the front desk ever then this hotel is for you. This place was definitely not worth the money spent. Never again.

The room was extremely dirty and housekeeping never showed up (we booked for a WEEK) so this means WE HAD TO PAY FOR TOILET PAPER and HAND SOAP come 3 days later. Police showed up TWICE because the people staying there were problematic and not once did we see the security on property handle any situation, so not a safe feeling.

Enjoyed my stay although I killed a couple of bugs. The staff was very friendly.

Crackheads all over the premises had to leave earlier and they refused to credit me all those nights I didn’t stay there

It was awful! You guys should not refer any of your customers to this hotel. Currently, I am trying to contact InTown Suite corporate to advise them of the awful experience I endured on 6/28-29/19. I sent the establishment a message online on their website, but I did not receive a response. The reviews of the hotel online are the same - 90% of customers said that the hotel is filthy, and customer service is terrible. I allowed hotels.com to choose a hotel for me that weekend and they recommended this nasty hotel, so I hold you guys accountable too for my awful experience. The bedquilt on the bed was dirty; the room smelled musty. The bathroom was dirty; it was a mess. I switched to another place, and that room was nasty too. Do you have a good contact number of the hotel customer service so I can make them aware? I want a refund or discount on my credit card. I have pictures on my cell phone of the filth I saw in the room. Three cable stations were not working.

The front desk ppl are kinda rude. The details of the room tells you that dishes are included but, they aren't. The bed mattress was the same mattress on the pull out sofa bed. They only provide one roll of toilet tissue, one set of towels and wash clothes for the week. We had to go out and buy pots, pans, plates, cups, and eating utensils. It clearly says they provide those things. The sifa bed was very hard and lumpy. The room was clean and the property was quiet at night. I feel that you should get what they advertised for the amount of money you have to pay. But my stay itself was ok....

the room smelled bad and had to immediately open the windows to air it out which did not help. They only fix the bed after 2 to 3 days and did not replace the towels. When asked if they can give us more toilet paper they advise that they do not supply that service. After going to the guest services, she tried to explain why they don't but ended up giving us a used roll.

Pretty dirty place. My wife had to clean it first. They boasted about their great mattresses but they were lumpy. Stains on furniture etc

Accessibility to various places to shop eat entertain and my daughter's home

I liked it had the cheapest price for a Saturday-Monday stay. I Also enjoyed how stiff the bed was for my back. It was comfortable. The toilet however was stained and during my stay we had no towels whatsoever. Called the front desk and asked for some and was told to call back Monday when the front office was open and then was subsequently hung up on. There also was no iron which I found personally odd

Customer Service was great! I left a few items especially my mecication and it was kept for me until got there the next day Thank you!
