InTown Suites Extended Stay Newport News City Center

The room was said to be renovated but it was disgusting. The bed was broken, dirty floors, the smell was awful, the tub was clogged half of my stay. No one answers the phone, not even the non emergency after hours line. The room 100% did not look like what is advertised online. They wouldn’t even issue a refund. This property is for the ghetto.

I liked the room just minor things i didn’t expect or know about that i’m not used to when it comes a hotel but overall it was pretty decent. The staff was wonderful. You have to buy your own toilet tissue which is fine just not used to it and wasn’t notified about it until i was out of toilet tissue, laundry is NOT free which caught me off guard super bad

Friendly and courteous staff Toilet did not work properly and was not effectively addressed when reported. I had to find other facilities.

No refunds if you check out early. Place is old and right next to very busy road. Hard to sleep.

SAD, SAD, SAD. TERRIBLE PLACE TO STAT. ALOT OF HOMELESS PEOPLE HANGING AROUBD BEGGING FOR CHANGE. PEOPLE BUYING AND SALEING DRUGS ALL DAY AND ALL NIGHT. ROOM WASN'T CLEAN, DIRTY SHEETS WITH BLOOD STAINS, NO TOWELS. USED CODOMS ON THE BATHROOM FLOOR. HOTEL STAFF DID NOTHING ABOUT IT.STRIPPED THE BED ONLY TO FIND A HOST OF ROACHES AND GED BUGS.

Nothing good about this room

When i booked the room i was given the total price as i get with every other hotel ive stayed and when i get there the room they offered was extremely smelly and very unkept by maintenance so they offered a different room that wasn't much better and when i went to pay charged me more than what my total price was said that there was a deposit that i would get back after check out but still have not received and its been over 3 weeks this is absolutely absurd and unprofessional and because i didn't receive the deposit back put me in a bad spot because that was my gass money to get to my next job location and it cost me that job so i will definitely never use that place ever again !!

Very kind cleaning lady. Room was a lot better value than those in town. Definitely will come back when back in town. Thank you so very much.

Waste of money and time

The tub faucet dripped enough to be nearly as constant stream. The shower diverter was stuck in a half shower/have tub faucet position so the water pressure was weak. The furniture was cheap particle board crap.

nothing Made a reservation online for Friday through Sunday and when I arrived the lady at the counter told me that I can only book a room for a week at a time. I was charged $68 even though I didn't stay any nights. Called customer service and still haven't received a call back about my refund. I would never recommend to anyone

I should have taken pictures, locked out of room and find tgat my food was taken, lady upfront gave me petty cash but dam im staying there and people are going in the fridge and taking FOOD im not staying there nor to i want to refer anyone and unsafe atmosphere Police greeted me one day and thats a total turn off while be dropped off my boss Notices police cars and a gentlemen talking just a lousy stay i thought
