The staff were really friendly and accommodating. The views were stunning. The bar food was delicious, with a good variety of vegetarian options although the portions were a little on the smaller side. There was also a great range of cocktails. The singular lift was quite small and slow and staying on the top floor meant a lot of steps! Parking was a bit difficult, there were a lot fewer spaces than there were rooms meaning we were worried about leaving Newquay or getting back too late for fear of losing a park space. We did find out once we arrived that you can pay to reserve a space but they were already booked up for the period of our stay. The rooms did not have Aircon, but they did provide fans. Breakfast is not buffet style, you need to choose a time you will head to the restaurant for breakfast and order from a set menu - however the food was great and the staff were really friendly.

Loved the view. Clean rooms.Easy to find.Great location. Loved the room and balcony. Had a great time Parking was a bit tight at times. But that’s not a moan. Maybe if all the spaces were diagonal it might make life easy , just a suggestion to think about.
