That we was woken up by workman next door to our room for maintenance which was not great and we was not warned about this or compensated.

Passable

the room was comfy, the bathroom needs a bit of refresh but it was fine, hotel in general was very clean and nice staff, good facilities, overall it was good and about right for the price I paid the continental breakfast selection wa snot great, more fresh fruit please and better coffee. parking was ok but you had to pay £10 per day and no guarantee of a space, I managed to have one but I would not of been refunded if I had not found a space.

Breakfast and swimming pool were great. Room had all that needed. Had to pay extra for parking if through booking.com. Hotel was very expensive felt for what it is but then it was Cornwall in peak time so probably not unique to this hotel. Is a bit of a walk to the town but very manageable still.

Helpful staff. Decent pool You need a car to easily get to and from this property. We did not have a car. Rooms were clean and decent size but the hotel looks tired. V noisy seagulls in the morning! Long wait in the bistro for average food.

Grim £185 on a Wednesday plus the £10 to park Tepid breakfast

The location was lovely and we had a lovely view from the room! The staff was not the friendliest and the room wasn’t really clean. The hotel is really old and should undertake some renovations. The floor was not straight at all.

The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. The room was cramped and unattractive, very cheap furniture and bathroom. Very hot in the room, can't open the windows, no fan available.

Staff were very kind and professional receptionist And breakfast was fantastic and very professional N/A

Great location and staff were friendly and helpful Very very dated and some major upgrades needed especially in the price range being charged. Breakfast was ok but again very basic as coffee just in flasks to dispense minimum standards nowadays is a fresh coffee from a machine.
