Pool area Dirty a lot of bugs bathroom floor was very ditty

I liked the price and the general location of the motel based on where everything else was. Not a far drive to get to the falls and other places to eat. The images of the motel represented in the listing for the motel must have been right after being very thoroughly cleaned or shortly after the motel was built as the building didnt seem dirty or put of order but it looked very runned down as in everything was worn down. Railings were worn down to bare metal. Most of the tile flooring I seen had alot of broken spots in it. Also breakfast area is very small for the amount of rooms available.

The bathroom was tiny. Water would get all over the floor every time you took a shower, ice machine two of them on property. None of them worked. Staff was OK but no help whatsoever never came in to clean rooms or or towels had to take towels myself off the cart not a very good place.

The price and they offered free passes for the shuttle to the Niagara Falls. The staff were very welcoming, friendly & helpful. They did a great job. The breakfast was good. The floor in our room looked clean, but, I was wrong. My white socks turned black on the bottom and there were dust bunnies, under the beds. Need to do a lot better job cleaning the floors. Breakfast area, needs to be bigger to accommodate more tables so people can sit and eat.

Las habitaciones se ven más grandes de lo que en realidad son las habitaciones un poco pequeñas. El cuarto que me tocó estaba muy sucio el piso demasiado sucia tengo un Bebe pequeño y tantito se restó el piso le queda manchada de tierra en las rodillas en lo demás, pues la Comida y así no es una gran comida, pero por lo menos para desayunar está bien.

the beds were only full size but comfortable The WiFi connection was TERRIBLE!! The ad said breakfast included__the ONLY "breakfast" was hot coffee/tea and and poptart like crackers :( Also, people were smoking right outside near the doors and grilling food onlittle grills__could have been a fire hazzard.

Disappointing

Only breakfast The entrance towards the rooms had a lot of bugs, mosquitoes and spider web all around the door. The staircase had a lot of trash all around and the cleaning staff was really ignorant and rude towards the guests.

It was 10 min away from the Niagara Falls, beds and pillows were really comfortable. Not clean! Floors,carpets and the floor at the cafeteria were really dirty and sticky. Breakfast was simple but ok I guess. Pool was small and there’s tons of mosquitos and bugs all over the place inside the room and outside as well,bathrooms are super small.

Some rooms they were overcrowed to many people in one room.

My allergies were at peak during stay. Checkout early and went to back home after 1 day. Pool is only aspect that was good. Tv do not work, and cant call front dest as phone dont seem to operate as well. Overall not work the money. Should have went some other property.
