Parking not included, room smelled very musty

The bathroom floor was dirty. The curtains were hanging on a bent rod that could not be closed entirely. We could not get the t v to work. The interior door lock was missing the chain for added security.

The price increased unimaginably after getting there unlike what I was expecting to pay

It was close to many attractions. The parking price was the lowest in the area (15$ per night) The kids enjoyed the swimming pool so much that they spent most of the stay in water ! The manager is quite humble and welcoming man . Always working to keep the place clean and functional. For the price we paid , we were quite happy with the result ! Unfortunately the water system in the bathroom was not working properly , the fridge was leaking and tv remote was not working. But honestly it’s not big deal since we could clearly see the manager working to make everything work . Also the duvet were a bit smelly ..

Had to pay for parking which we didn’t realize until getting there.

You get what you pay for, I do not believe anything has been replaced in terms of bedding, curtains, towels etc in well over 10 years. No windows to open. Also I was under the impression parking was free but upon arriving had to pay $15 per night. Stains.

Location and old lady at reception when we checked in. First we were given a room which was very dirty with used dirty linen. When we requested, she immediately changed our room. Require improvement in all the departments.

The cigarette smell in the room especially in the bed

Rooms bedding comforters are old and felt dirty, needs updated brighter lights in room.

Very dirty , not clean

Absolutely nothing, couldn't use the bathroom, couldn't shower. No.hot water, nothing was clean at all... Bed was 30 years old stiff as a bored springs poking in the back, one wash cloth for 4 people.. trash was not emptied from previous tenant.. toilet and shower had not been cleaned in years.. toilet paper was almost gone when we arrived and nobody at the desk to get us more.. on top of the toilet paper being so thin that it dissolved in your hand. None of the outlets worked at all. Looked and felt like a ghetto flop house.. worst stay I've had in my life and we vacation at least once a month.

The location is good and also the staff Many things are not working like the shower was not having hot water. It was broken and also the hairdryer was not working for which the staff replaced the hairdryer. The place was not clean was very stinky smelly and you were not able to have properly because of the smell. It was very very bad smell. The heater was also not working up to the mark and it was a very bad experience and we are not happy with the property given the value of $50 plus tax. It was OK but I cannot have stay with your family. We went with a friend so that’s how we managed but for family it is not suitable.

Property was dirty , motel entrance way was a HUGE mess ! Motel Room was dirty and there was no snow removed from walkways or stairs . Snow was also not removed from balcony walkways . I only stayed one night and ended up going to a different Motel which was clean!

Nothing special Cleanliness, temperature control

Not as clean as expected, no internet and tv didn’t work.

I liked how close it was everything It was very unclean. The TV didn’t work. The heat didn’t work in the room and we got walked in on by construction workers when we were sleeping.

nothing Its old but not maintained. Bedsheets seems not changed and soap was old, seemed used.

Service and loction

Pet friendly, safe, hot tub, friendly staff. Floor dirty in room.

Parking is extra. At the motel.
