Hotel du Pin Nice Port

there‘s a time that the fire alarm went on early in the morning and it was a false alarm according to the staff. Wasn’t a great experience

A localização é muito boa. O café da manhã também achamos bom, com uma variedade satisfatória. Fiz duas reservas diferentes, uma para 3 pessoas e outra para 2 pessoas. O quarto triplo foi uma GRANDE DECEPÇÃO!! Nos colocaram num quarto para pessoas com deficiências (sem que precisássemos), era muito mal arejado, o banheiro não tinha exaustor, todo o quarto tinha cheiro forte de umidade/mofo. Reclamamos imediatamente na recepção, o atendente não foi nada atencioso e simplesmente respondeu que o hotel estava lotado e que não tinha outro quarto para nos acomodar. Ficamos extremamente insatisfeitas. Este quarto não deveria ser oferecido no mesmo nível de igualdade de outros quartos triplos. Na outra diária, para 2 pessoas, eu só consegui reserva do quarto família (experiência completamente diferente, quarto espaçoso, ventilado, iluminado, bonito, com amenidades no banheiro que não existiam no outro...).

location and staff breakfast, i think there is an enough variety of some products but the quality is not well enough for this hotel, the products especially coffee beans - coffee should be change

Nice locations, people are nice, I recommend this hotel.

The hotel was quite nice and room we stayed in very spacious. Hotel was very convenient to transportation and places to eat. Also close to major shopping center. The floor in the bathroom was not cleaned while staying there for 7 days. And the shower door kept coming off the track which was a bit dangerous. We reported this problem and it was fixed but it only lasted one night and it came off the track again.

Nice location. Easy access to many places but can be quite loud. Comfortable bed and pillows. Good water pressure. The two gentlemen at the front desk (one from Lisbon, the other Denmark) were very helpful and nice. 1. The WiFi does not work in any room of the hotel 2. The HVAC is centrally controlled. They decide the temperature, your room only controls off/on 3. The first room we were given smelled like a wet dog. Very strong, bad odor. 4. Extremely small rooms and bathrooms. We moved from an “upgraded” room to the standard. Very little size difference. For the price, choose standard. Breakfast is not great. You’re better off going to a nice cafe.

Good location, close to the public transport and Vieux Nice. Good restaurants around the neighbourhood. The staff are very friendly, they upgraded us our room, very kind of them. The breakfast buffet is simple, different choices between sweet and savoury, not too many options but enough. The room we stayed came with a coffee machine and a fridge. The bed was very comfy. I would stay again here if I come back. All good.

Great location. I stayed less than 24 hours so cannot provide a comprehensive review, but would stay here again based on my brief experience. Just to note that this is a very lively area, which absolutely worked for me - but if you're sensitive to street noise, you may want to explore another option.

The room was very small but fine for the value.

Great location and good breakfast. Clean room. Comfortable bed. The room was incredibly basic. The bathroom was so small, the shower didn't have a curtain or any type of closure. It almost felt like a prison cell.

The sound level in the breakfast room was insane, a group of chinese children took over because the hotel/cafe kindly offer a coorner with games.... NOT ideal during breakfast, the parents passive - everyone else annoyed. Not the hotel's fault though!!!

The staff were nice. Old , dirty and the rooms much smaller than they appear in pictures, with a very little window like a prison room, with almost €200 you can get a beautiful hotel like I did next block or Airbnb.

It was very close to the old town and the staff were very helpful. Good breakfast included. It stated parking available but they have very few spots. We we directed to a lot nearby which worked out well but it was another added cost.

great location right in the heart of restaurants and amenities easy walk to everything . . Lovely croissants and yoghurts for breakfast . bedroom needs ensuite for both rooms we had a 2 bdrm unit only one toilet and one shower. Breakfast could do with more variety fruit and cereals.

The sheets, bedding . It's DUVET , with no other option. Can't remove duvet cover....to hot !
