Nice Pam Hotel

The hotel was in a great location and looked exactly like the photos. You can tell the rooms needed a bit of upkeep, with things that were seen in the bathroom, whether it was work-out walls or residue in the lining of the bathroom. The hotel staff was pretty attentive when you needed something which was great !

The hotel decoration is beautiful, and the beds are very comfortable It was very noisy between the rooms, you can easily hear the people in the next room.

Location Air conditioning didn't work properly. Toilet didn't work properly. Very bad smell from the shower after you turn the sink on. Overall I would give 2 stars for this hotel.

It’s not clean in general the hallways smell really bad, I have request for a room with no dust n clean cause of my allergies and asthma! The room was dusty and cleaning service only did the best b left everything dirty when we zero back.

The breakfast was good, and we especially loved the croissants — honestly, they were better than some we tried at local bakeries. Our room was small but clean, and it looked exactly like the photos. Both reception staff members we interacted with communicated well and were helpful. The only issue we experienced was that housekeeping entered our room one day even though we had placed the “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door. We informed the reception staff to make sure it would not happen again. They said they warned the staff accordingly, and fortunately, the issue did not happen again afterward.

The staff were incredibly helpful. They helped us organise balloons and a cake for a birthday celebration to be set up in our room prior to checking in. They also helped us arrange various reservations in advance of our stay. The decor was unique, rooms comfortable and clean, and within walking distance to many areas of the city. Perhaps the rooms could have been slightly larger especially for 3 people.

The pillows and bed are amazing. You get 4 real pillows. Enough said. Great price, has underground secure parking for motorcycles

The room was cramped the AC didn’t function a more spacious room to put suit cases & hang clothes.

The hotel locate in the cities but not close to the beach. It takes around 30mins by walk. Don’t expect the view from this hotel. The room is clean and good standard.

Loved the quirky style

The location was in a good area and easy to get to the main parts of town on foot. Room was quite spacious, more so than I was expecting! Comfortable bed, AC worked well and very clean. You could hear everyone walking around the hallways, but that said, it wasn't very noisy at the times you would want quiet. Otherwise, there wasn't much not to like.

I am in love with the Architecture and the interior design! The staff are amazing Clement was so kind and welcoming. I even extended one extra night because I loved the city and the hotel was beautiful and close to everything .. In general the ambiance took me to another level feeling the vibes of the holiday for real.. it gave me this sunny vibes even though i am visiting in October end but still the coziness of the hotel is on another level!! Thanks to the team of Pam hotel

Twin beds are a little narrow.

Reception staff could be much better. Didn't feel like they cared much about the customers and I felt like I needed to spell out every detail even though I am confident it was in front of him.
