Nothing Stayed for 3 nights, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. The overall service did not meet the standard I would expect from a 3-star hotel and felt more like a basic lodge. One of the first things that concerned me was that no identification was requested during check-in, which raised questions about the hotel’s security procedures. We specifically booked this hotel because it advertised air conditioning, but the units barely cooled the room and felt more like fans. When we raised this with the staff, we were told there was nothing they could do because it was too hot outside. That response was unhelpful and not an acceptable explanation for facilities that were advertised as air conditioned. Breakfast was another major disappointment. The selection and presentation were poor, and there was very little attention to service or hospitality. Throughout our stay, the staff were not particularly helpful in addressing our concerns or providing assistance. Considering the price we paid, the overall experience offered very poor value for money. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience

The location is good, next to the port. Hotel has all the facilities to cover basic travelers needs. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was nutritious and fresh.

The heating in the rooms could be updated. Also, it would be nice to have more breakfast options

Breakfast was very basic, there are only boiled eggs, no fried eggs, no omelette, no bacon. But breakfast was adequate none the less. The accommodation was adequate

Very nice location, good breakfast and Mila from the front desk was exceptional , very helpful to gave me all kind of information, kind and professional . Thank so much Mila , people like you make a big difference and positive attitude .

Centrally located. Nice staff. Comfortable A bit complicated to get to by car but parking was available in the basement of the building.

Breakfast choice could be improved.

The apartment was in a beautiful central location with convenient (though very tight!) parking. It was unfortunate that homeless individuals were sleeping right outside the building.

Great location close to the city centre, promenade, and restaurants. The breakfast was very good, offering many choices and starting early (5:30 AM) — perfect if you have an early departure. The air conditioner was not working due to the off-season, but it was quite hot to sleep in the room, and there were no mosquito nets on the windows to keep them open. However, the staff were kind and helpful, and they provided us with sheets instead of blankets, which we really appreciated. There was also no kettle or water bottle to make coffee or tea in the room. In addition, the shower in the bathroom was leaking, which made a constant noise and added discomfort during the night.

There were no facilities at all, not even a small fridge to store a drink. No laundry service and breakfast was very poor. They do not serve any fruits and food quality is kind of low.

Breakfast and location of the hotel were very good. Management of the parking can be better. The receptionists should highlight and mention to all guests the importance of parking in own spaces. It was very frustrating for us that, on the second day, when we arrived terribly tired, someone had parked at our place. It took quite some effort to find a new place that fitted our car.
