Large and comfortable room, great breakfast, good location, and very attentive and helpful staff. There are many restaurants nearby and public transport is easily accessible. Nothing.

Exceptional breakfast, clean , centrally located, very affordable. We loved this hotel . Room was a bit small but functional , I would like to have an iron in the room .

Hotel tres bien situé, centre ville à pied en 10 minutes ou en tram à 2 min avec arrêt de tram juste à côté / arrêt bus 12 à proximité ,qui vous amène à l'aéroport. Chambre tres bien climatisé ,apprécié pendant la vague de canicule.Bon petit déjeuner. Super mobilier en bois à l'accueil! Quaint small hotel in a residential neighborhood of Nice, just a 15-minute walk from the old town. Staff was friendly. The room was nice and it even had a small balcony. Breakfast was good, too. Totally recommended!

We had a pleasant stay at Hôtel Esprit d'Azur. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our visit, and the location was a major highlight—close to everything and very convenient for getting around. The rooms were also fairly comfortable overall. he main downside was the noise level. The rooms were not very soundproof, and we could clearly hear neighbors both above and next door, which impacted our ability to fully relax.

The staff were extremely kind and helpful. A bathroom vent is needed for the shower area.

Great location - it's in a quiet area but still only a 10-minute walk from the Old Nice, and the tram is super easy to get to. The staff were really friendly and helpful whenever we needed anything. Rooms were cleaned every day too, which was a nice bonus. I would definitely stay here again in my next trip to Nice!

Comfortable stay, all way great! Check-in time was strict but I didn’t mind it.

The staff was exceptionally nice and accommodating. The room was small, and simple, but clean. The WiFi worked well in my room, and in the lounge area. Using public transportation was easy having a tram stop just steps away. In the afternoon or evening you can purchase a glass of wine, beer etc., in the lounge while in the morning it is used for breakfast. They offer a breakfast buffet of both hot and cold items along with fruit juices, coffee, teas etc.. I had a pleasant stay and would stay there again.

We had the best sleep on our trip! Comfy beds great shower lovely staff. Kids had separate beds on opposite sides of the room which was nice. Hotel is right by the trams and right near the old town and beach. We went back a few times each day Small elevator that wasn’t working. But we are fine with stairs.

Excellent customer services, the staff is warm welcoming, friendly (including the reception staff and chamber maids) and very accommodating. They kindly offer to store ou luggage as our flight was scheduled late in the day. The en suite bedroom was spacious, comfortable, clean with good storage space and tea/coffee making facilities + free WIFI. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast offering a good selection of dietary requirements including vegetarian and vegan food/drink items. The location near the old town and the harbour is a plus so it's a walkable distance to the main atttractions and beaches. Also it's 5 minutes walk from the tram lines to the airport and other parts in Nice. Everything was fine and there was nothing we didn't like.
