The hotel is extremely family- and kids-friendly, with dedicated children’s areas and corners equipped with toys, making it a great choice for families. The room was very spacious, and the bed was perfect — extremely comfortable and ideal for a relaxing stay. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Our overall experience was excellent, and we truly enjoyed every aspect of our stay. We would definitely visit again and highly recommend this hotel. n/a

The staff was very friendly and eager to help. Ofcourse what they could. The pictures showed were absolutly not what we saw on booking. So very deceiving because it did not meet our expectations. We were very disappointed of the room and the location of this hotel. The pool area was mid. So I would NEVER recommend this hotel.

Terrible building. Dirty and old. The shower drain was completely clogged — I couldn’t take a shower. Water was overflowing from the shower and flooding the floor. The pool was dirty and full of kids. Parking is across the street and must be paid for separately. We paid €24 per night. The whole area in the park is surrounded by fences due to construction — the location is awful.
