The staff was amazing, very helpful and friendly. I was so happy. The location was good, but we needed bus or tram to go to the beach. Other than that everything else was great

Excellent location. Some staff were amazing- esp the concierge and the lady that checked me out. Superb lunch on the rooftop with the most delicious pizza and the freshest orange juice. Served beautifully. The bed kept moving - away from the wall- so I had to keep pushing it back when I was trying to work leaning on the wall with the pillows behind my back- The eggs at breakfast were boiled but cold.

There’s not enough space to put your belongings, might be nice to have some drawers.

Didn’t have the breakfast. Location was okay. WiFi. Environmental cleaning passes should be useable at the actual bar as they are at other minor hotels. Need to have luggage racks.

The Room was excellent. Our Room was on the 5th Floor. We travelled in not the peak season so we got a complementary upgrade from Standard Room to Superior Room.The Hotel had all facilities - kettle in the room, microwave oven in case one needs to warm the food.The WiFi was good. There was a Carrefour Super market at a 5-7 mint walk from Hotel. The Hotel is about 15-20 mint walk from Garibaldi Square which has a lot of cafes. One can also walk from the seaside to the hotel (Abt 15-20 mint walk).The hotel is perfect value for the price it charges. It is next to the Novotel.The staff is amazing too. Moreover it was our Wedding Anniversary, so the Hotel staff left us a small note, decorated our room which was an absolutely pleasant surprise and left couple of sweet delicacies in our refrigerator. Will certainly book with them if i plan to visit Nice again. Kudos NH Nice Team. Just hoped the breakfast had a bit more option for vegetarian guests - maybe baked beans on some days, jacket potato,sandwich if possible. etc.We were here for 4 nights and mostly we just had bread and juice for breakfast.

the staff depends on who you run into, on Sunday I had to communicate with the manager Mikhail, it was very unpleasant, as I was a foreigner I urgently needed a pharmacy (on duty) because they are closed on Sunday, I approached this manager and asked him to help me and tell me the address, the first time I have never received such disdain from hotel managers, on the fifth try he finally wrote me the address, it is very ugly considering that I already felt bad. in general, the impressions of the hotel are not very good, I will not come to them again.

Location, Comfort, Facilities, Food, Cleanliness. Even though it's a 4 star hotel, I would give it 5 stars for the services provided. I liked everything. Exceptional service. I highly recommend this hotel.

The room was spacious with pull out sofa beds for a small family. The breakfast and Roof Top lounge and pool were good. The location is good although the hotel is in a congested area. Parking was on a pay public facility. Multi-day parking requires a visit to the office on the ground floor, not so apparent where it is.

Very clean, lovely facilities and a great location (right near Palais Des Expositions tram station). Pool was lovely, rooftop had amazing views and the staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly during my stay.

We were given 2 twin beds when I had requested a queen several times. I had to call down twice in the same night to request new towels and didnt get them so i had to go to reception myself. The rooftop pool is decent but has limited seating.

The tram station is near the hotel I didn't like the comfort at all. I received a room at the end of the hallway, near the staff stairs and from this room I clearly heard every slap of the door to this staircase and every other noise from the hallway. The room wasn't soundproof at all. The floor in the room was very worn, with stains, and the curtains looked very cheap. Not a 4 stars hotel at all.

Room lighting is really poor. Stayed in your best suited in the hotel and it was not well furnished, it felt like it was furnished to a much lower grade.
