Mercure Nice Marche aux Fleurs

Location The air conditioning barely worked. It didn’t take any of the humidity out of the room and all of my clothes were very damp just from the humidity. I was in one of the rooms that had the crazy stairs with the bed on the top and it’s very unsafe even for agile people if you have to get up in the night and go to the bathroom, which is downstairs

No elevator.

The location was nice . The room are so small that you can’t even open your closet . My suitcase was actually out of the room we had no choice . They call it 4 stars there is no elevator in the hotel and no lobby . This hotel is actually a 2 stars . I ve been travelling every month and believe me this is the worst picture reality contrast hotel I ve experienced . The hotel was terrible they ve charged 500euros per night had the worst room I wasn’t able to stay there had to book something else and they didn t want to refund me . I ve checkout right after couldn’t t sleep here. They robbed me 500euros .

It was absolutely amazing!! No complaints. I loved everything about the property.

Good location — right on the promenade The hotel does not have an elevator and our room was on the 2nd floor, which meant hauling our suitcases up a large wide staircase to the 1st floor and then up a very narrow spiral stairway to our room. Our room intermittently smelled like rotten eggs The hair dryer overheated after about one minute The bedsheets weren’t tucked in and were a wrinkled mess The view from the window was an ugly, dirty courtyard

Right on the Promenade across from the beach and central to old town My first assigned room was a loft and too difficult at my age but was reassigned immediately

We had a suite which was slightly off- site, which could sound a bit scary, but so exceeded our expectations. So much space, great location, clean and comfortable. Not a thing - great experience

It was great location and very easy to get around Nice. The first room I was checked into was dirty. Bed was unmade as someone had just slept in it and there were dirty towels on the ground

Very good staff. Truly wonderful people. The bathroom could have been cleaner.

We loved being right on the promenade and found it was just as anticipated from the pictures. The room was adequatly sized for a short stay. We were surprised that even with all the noise outside that it was quiet enough inside so that the sound was not intrusive. Having a balcony and a table to have a little snack at while watching all the action on the promenade made the splurge all worthwhile. We were pleasently surprised that we had a little fridge that was not advertised. It was nice to have a free drink in the fridge upon arrival. There was no place to put clothes such as a shelving unit or a dresser, only one shelf in the closet. There was no place to hang a towel in the bath.

Great quality breakfast!!!

Old room and dark( zero facilities

Location. Staff, Breakfast Bathroom too snail , shower water splash everywhere

Water over flowed in room through out night. Hotel staff asked to keep Air conditioner in Not Working mode. Slept without Air conditioner. Zero value for paid amounts Nothing is there to like

Location was great. Overlooking the beach and a short walk to all the nice restaurants. Rooms were slightly small.
