The locations was perfect. I loved walking in the square everyday. It’s also across the street from the beach. The shower was fantastic. The staff was really helpful and nice.

The hotel is located on the 3rd floor of the building. It would be more helpful if hotel staff can provide detailed instruction of how to get into the hotel.

Our room worked well for 3 of us, with a queen and a twin up in the loft. Room for The staff was exceptional! Centrally located and easy access to town. Loved that we could use the terrace overlooking the Mediterranean. Just gorgeous! Staff, location, across from the beach.

This hotel has a wonderful location, very close to the beach and old town Nice. There is a large rooftop seating area where you can sit and watch the ocean. The real room was large but a little spartan.

The property is ideally located for both the market place and the beach. Some noise from the below business late at night and very early in the morning. But not a huge problem.

The location is excellent. Restaurants, transportation, sight seeing, The room is neat and clean. The balcony is beautiful! It provides the beautiful view of the beach also. The staff is helpful. The opera House is right next to this hotel. The beautiful church is right across.

Location was nice, close the the beach. Room was small, with only a view of the alley and adjacent opera house. Just outside the front door were some nice places. Very quiet in the evening. Good AC! Good security. Entry level is dark and musty, but I understand this is a shared building and not the fault of the Hotel. Small elevator or lots of stairs

The entrance of the building has a humidity hedor.

We weren't expecting anything like a "normal" US hotel. To be on the busy Quai des Etats-Unis just one block away, I can tell you we weren't expecting a normal hotel as we have in the US.

The first floor lobby needs attention. It’s dank and not clean

Great location and spectacular common area. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. We would get the larger room for a longer stay.

The location was great. We had a large room with a kitchen and bath. There was a large shared balcony overlooking the Med that was a surprise bonus. The room didn’t fully darken at night, heavier curtains would help. The bathroom didn’t have a shower curtain so we struggled to keep the floor dry.

The entrance to the hotel is very old and smells awful! Old and moldy
