Location excellent, close to public transit, close to shopping area, beach and restaurants all in walking distance It was one large room but very clean and AC worked well Had to walk up 60 stairs to get to room. No ice available. Toilet was in a very small cramped "closet" Bath and bedroom were all in one large room with sink In bedroom..shower had no shelf to place soap or shampoo There was absolutely no privacy so be prepared as all was open area

Location. Cleanliness. Easy access for the most part. No customer service staff. I like to travel without phones or wifi. Only use as back up. Needed in order to login to hotel.

Modern - clean - quiet - great location. Third floor stone walk up- but the owner was there to meet me and carried my bag.

Location was great. Room was large and clean. Owner, Thierry, was very kind and helpful, even carrying our luggage and arranging a 4am taxi. The stairs are a killer, and not for old people! This is not a hotel.

The greatest of locations. Right in the center of everything. No lift. Our fault as we didn’t read all the descriptions. Also, a small thing, the TV ‘s cable worked 30% of the time we spent in the room. Our fault again, the open floor Plan between the living area and the bathroom.

The best thing was the size of the room; really big for Nice so easy to suitable for longer stays. The location is amazing and the room itself is beautiful, the shower was also very good and the hairdryer was one of the best I’ve ever come across in a hotel. There was no breakfast available as advertised. And the entrance is quite dark and isolated which is a bit nerve wracking when you’re arriving alone in the dark.

Location and clean The hotel has no lobby or elevator. There was no baggage handling service, and the price for the night we didn't use was deducted, but the money hasn't been refunded yet.

Modern clean apartment in a beautiful historic building in one of the best locations in Nice Could have had black out blinds to the window as it's quite light at night

The facility doesn't have any elevators. Luckily the staff schlepped my heavy luggage up the stairs. If I had come with an older family member that relies on a wheelchair it would have been a challenge. I think the listing could make that a lot more clear. Not a major dealbreaker but worth mentioning.
