Hôtel Belle Meunière

Location a couple of mins walk to train station was fabulous and the staff were super friendly and helpful. They had beach parasols to borrow and lots of books if your reading needed a top up! Beautiful building The bedroom was very dated and along with the shared toilets and showers needed a good clean and revamp. Friendly and clean

Very very very CLEAN place and comfortable, in a good position and with a wonderful staff. Yes, the furniture is very old, broken somewhere, but hey, it's clean! And staff is welcoming and caring :) I'll come back! Nothing. The furniture is a negligible aspect, the most important things are super!

good location, less than 5 mins away from nice train station, friendly staff 1 incident where housekeeping didn’t lock the room door after cleaning and they forgot to replace towels

Decent sized room, comfortable, right by the railway station, at a very reasonable price. Staff very helpful. There was kind of a smell from the bathroom.

Very close to Main Station so excellent transport links . 15 minute walk to promenade. To be honest it's more suited to young travellers, not looking for luxury and good price, more hostel then hotel. Good value for money and absolutely lovely staff. Beds were comfortable. But I personally wouldn't stay again, bit for young travellers, groups or singles I would recommend. Not for families sorry to say.

The building itself was really charmingly pretty especially the seating area at the front, the room was no-frills but comfortable, air conditioned and clean, perfect for what we needed. The staff were just lovely, so welcoming, friendly and helpful. We arrived late and they were very accommodating (do give them a bit of notice if this happens to you though as the desk isn't open 24 hours). They also let us leave our bags in the lock-up after checkout so we could enjoy our last day, and helped us with taxis. We had breakfast on the first day and it was very enjoyable - fresh bread and croissants, yogurt, bacon and eggs, coffee, juice and yogurt, very much recommend.

The building has a lot of character, really beautiful. And the staff was extremely kind and helpful. The location is very convenient, close to the station and the beaches.

The location is perfect, near the central station and very close to city center. The room is basic but acceptable. The personnel was rather friendly. The light in the room from outside. For some reason they leave the lights on from the back garden creating unnecessary light pollution. Also there is some noise from the street. Last but not least, the door wouldn't unlock easily. Sometimes we spent 10 minutes trying to open.

Friendly staff, incredible location and the room did exactly what we needed it to - comfy beds with enough space for our belongings, a sink in our room and shower/toilet facilities to share. They also took our luggage whilst we enjoyed our last day, all was really great.

Felt safe. Great location Took a while to get bags when in storage. Gross gross bathrooms
