The location is not bad but a little bit hidden from the Main Street

The staff was great , very friendly and helpful. The location was a fair distance from the beach and the city central . For older people , it could be difficult .

The room was dusty, stains on sheets, the sofa bed was very old and awful, couldnt sleep, couldnt move because of its noise, very old furniture.

Staff was nice and they kept my suitcase 3 days, much appreciated. Breakfast was good and abundant, bed comfortable and there is a spot to hang out on the roof. Very basic and location is not great. Expensive for what you get. Smallest bathroom and shower ever. You can hear everything going on in the rooms around you.

Minor detail, but the elevator was scary, a typical small one in an old building, the hotel can’t change it, but we preferred using the stairs.

We enjoyed the room size and roof top. The 2-5 pm drinks were nice too. There is no insulation in the walls. You can hear everything. You can also smell the sewer throughout the hotel. Its location isn’t in a great part of town. The pictures online weren’t as advertised.

Hotel Byakko Nice is my and our family's favourite hotel in Nice. When travelling to Cote d'Azure, all family members stay at Byakko. This is because the hotel has an excellent location, hospitable and friendly staff, delicious breakfast and all necessary facilities. After renovation this time the hotel looked splendid. The bathroom was super clean and the towels and bedlinen were changed everyday by the caring staff. Our excursion to Nice was unforgettable also due to the comfortable stay at Byakko which is truly a home for the tourists. Everything is very good around the hotel and in the rooms but I would recommend more hangers to be put in the bathroom.
