Great location - close to the beach, to the cafes and to the city center - everything is within a walking distance The hotel itself is a historical place where many outstanding Russian writers and figures stayed and created their masterpieces. This could be a very strong argument to consider if you are a fan of places with history. The rooms are small but equipped with air conditioning which is a savior during hot summers. Breakfasts are incredible. Croissants, orange juice, scrambled, cheese. Should try it once. The rooms are a little bit tired though still well organized The shower is very small and difficult to fit in The air conditioning sometimes malfunctioned

We loved every aspect of your hotel. The room was great, but you need to attach the safe to something so that it cannot be carried away-:). Your front desk was incredibly helpful; every individual with whom we worked/communicated was kind and knowledgeable. The breakfast was simply the best; we often lingered for over an hour, maybe longer. The ladies in the dining area were genuinely kind and helpful. We loved everything; the clocks and frames in the tree, the historical significance, and the recessed, private entrance. The hotel is a genuine oasis. Just batten down the safe! This was not a problem for us; we had a strong, lockable suitcase. We liked EVERYTHING.

After a very disappointing experience at a previous accommodation, arriving at Hotel Oasis was such a relief. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The location is excellent—situated in a quiet neighborhood while still being within easy walking distance of the city center, restaurants, and attractions. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing exactly the restful environment we were hoping for. The staff was welcoming and professional, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was relaxing and pleasant. A special mention goes to the breakfast, which was outstanding. There was a great selection of fresh, high-quality options, and it was one of the highlights of our stay. Everything about our experience was positive. Hotel Oasis provided the comfort, cleanliness, and hospitality that every traveler hopes to find. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Nice.

It is in the perfect location as it is easy to walk to the beach and the train station, while situated in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood. I got upgraded to the Deluxe double room and I loved it. Everything was perfect, including the comfortable bathroom.
