Hotel Paganini

I can’t believe this hotel is rated 3 stars! The walls are so thin that they don't exist - we could hear everything from the room next door. On the first night, the neighbours were chatting, coughing, and watching TV, and every sound came through clearly. On the second night, new guests checked in, but they didn’t return until after midnight, and their conversation woke us up again. I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel if you value a good night’s sleep, because poor sleep can ruin your next day. The room itself is also extremely small, and it's impossible to find enough space for a checked luggage without blocking your walk. In addition, the plumbing noise is very noticeable - every toilet flush can be clearly heard, followed by loud water flow and other impact noises, which further negatively affect the comfort of the stay.

The location near the train station was excellent. I was worried the neighborhood would be a little noisy, but the windows were well insulated against sound. Also, the bath towels were very generous in size; rare in a hotel. The room was a little crowded with furniture that we didn’t really use, and luggage storage in the lobby was not secure (suitcases stored in the breakfast room, not locked up).

A gem of a hotel. Staff at reception exceptionally friendly and helpful and the breakfast staff likewise. The room was spotless . Breakfast was great and had everything we needed. Was really surprised as price of hotel was quite low and did not expect such a high standard of accommodation and service. Hotel is near train station and tram and within walking distance to the centre. Would highly recommend. We have no dislikes

I experienced two major issues during my stay. First, the noise level: the walls are very thin, making it incredibly easy to hear everything from the neighboring rooms. Second, the toilet flush wasn't working properly, as it took a very long time for the tank to refill. But considering its price, I can accept.

Great location; close to train station and local restaurants. Friendly and helpful front desk person. Clean with a renovated bathroom with shower. Room was very small albeit we had a nice balcony with two chairs.

Right next to the station. Very easy transfer. It could use some renovation.

It is located not far from the train station „ Nice Ville“, a roughly 5-8min walk to the tram station „Gare Thier“, and a 15-20 min walk to the beach. The beds were quite comfortable ! We had a room for 3 people, one single bed and a double bed. The bathroom did not had enough room to put makeup bags !
