Palm Boutique Hôtel Nice

Clean, easy to access, great location

Small boutique hotel with excellent staff. We were given a chance to preview the two rooms that were available at the time and allowed to choose the one we preferred. Location is great -- close to the beach and the tram line.

Good location. Nice staff Not much hot water, bathroom door didn't lock. Had to have cold shower tap off and even then the water was luke warm. Small room, a bit old.

The location of the hotel is great, just few minutes walking from Promenade des Anglais and also few minutes walking distance from the city center. The lady at the reception was very kind and informative. The room is VERY small. I stayed in a single room and barely had the space to go around the bed. If you have luggage also, it is very uncomfortable. The wi-fi is very slow. It is good enough for instagram, but for anything else, it is very bad. The speed if the internet is around 110kb/s, which is absurd to have in 2025. I had to send a file and it was impossible, so I went to a nearby restaurant which had normal internet connection. It is a bit shamefull for a hotel not to invest in such a vital and elementary thing such as good internet connection. Finally, the hallways leading to the room are very dark with strange lightening, which doesnt give homey and cozy feeling at all. Overall, I believe the hotel is very much overpriced for what it offers.

I have stayed in the excellent apartment before. It is fantastic. Well equipped. Perfectly located. Really wonderful helpful staff. Very highly recommended. Absolutely nothing.

The room is quite small and bathroom ( shower stall ) is even smaller and hard to maneuver.

Comfortable bed, great AC, quiet room, great location-everything is walkable. Nothing.

We stayed in the large top floor apartment which is very comfortable including a small kitchen and very large private rooftop deck. excellent location, helpful staff, great shower! Throughly enjoyed our stay in Nice thanks to this comfortable apartment

Exceptional

Perfect location. Near the beach and shopping area. Walking distance from the Old Nice. Friendly and helpful staff. Parking available across the street. Nothing wrong other than a limited breakfast. Would have preferred a buffet breakfast with eggs as optional. But no big deal.

We had a nice stay here. The staff were very helpful and really went the extra mile to help us get a dinner reservation! The room was very basic but good value for money. The location was great, short walk to the beach and lots of nice food nearby.
