A short walk to Etna parkrun and a fab restaurant with delicious food and generous portions. Very helpful staff who kept breakfast open later than usual to accommodate us. Walls were a little thin, so we could hear people in neighbouring rooms.

Hotel is close to Etna, that's why we chose it and also it has a great view of it. It has free parking. The room was really comfortable and clean. It was cleaned every day of our stay. It has a really great heating so we were never cold. Breakfast was great, and also before we came to the hotel, they reached out and asked if we wanted dinner in our room because we were coming late and they sent us a menu so we could choose what to eat. That was the only time we ate dinner and it was really great. The only thing I can say was a minus are thin walls and poor sound isolation, so bring earplugs!

The location for what we wanted was good Ot was not the first time we stay in the hotel....the room was not clean and even after we switched off the ac it was very hot in the room we had to sleep with the windows open I January.... breakfast was horrible....water had bad taste and the milk on the table was left there for days. The waitress even told us to take one thing for each item cause she didn't had enough food.

Perfect for our one night and the 11:00 check out was just right Shame that the lift to the front door didn't work with so many steps and three suitcases
