The family who run this homestay ensure your every need is meet. They are exceptional. Thank you. They accoomodate your travel needs. We checked in early and they held our luggage until we were collected by the night bus. They provided information of what to see how in the area and offered tour bookings. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious with good variety. Great coffee. Best part is the location. It is a few steps down a side street off the main street with all the restaurants. A laundromat is a few steps away. ...and yet the location is nice and quiet. The rooms were new and spotless. Lift to upper levels. I would 100% recommend this accommodation without hesitation. Nothing. It was exceptional.

the room was ok the location was away from the lake and nice places. moreover, the pictures in booking.com made an illusions as if the hotel is situated in nature, and the atmosphere is natural, when we got there we realized it is very urbanic, for the same price we could get much better places

Staff were amazing. The place is being worked on. Once it is done it will be a great place to stay. Booking location is incorrect

The owners are amazing. Very friendly and helped us with everything we asked. (Tickets, rides, hikes, (train)schedules). Please stock more toilet paper in the rooms.

The rooms were large and spacious. They were very clean and well kept, with everything in working order. Juan was a fantastic host - he was extremely helpful, made us feel welcome, and was just an all round top guy. The free breakfast was very nice, with generous portion sizes (almost too much!). Location was perfect, plenty of shops and restaurants in close proximity. Nothing!

Incredible value rooms which were very comfortable. Hoan was the best host we could have asked for. He really went out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed: booking our buses, giving us lifts to the bus stop, and even inviting us to a wedding feast he hosted!

Beautiful rooms, amazing breakfast, lovely owners. The breakfast was 10/10, huge spread of food. Bread roll, fried egg, omelette, pancakes with chocolate, fresh fruit, coffee, tea and the best passionfruit lemonade/ juice ever!! ?? Perfect location, down a quieter street off the main restaurant/ shopping street. ? The room was big and spacious, nicely decorated, very comfy beds, good WiFi, outdoor seats. We were there on a day the owner was hosting an event the day before a wedding. He offered us to join in the party, with food, drinks. It was so much fun!! Music ended at 10pm so it was quiet then. When we first arrived he gave us mango juice and showed up a map of Tam Coc to help us plan our days The owner also organised our bus to Cat Ba for very good price. They also do bicycle & motorbike rental here Loved it all

The accommodation is really well located. A few meters of the main avenue but far of the noise. The best combination. And the bed is super comfortable. Hoan is the best possible host when you are in another country. He is attentive every day in case you need anything. All the information about the best tourist spots and how to get to them is in his hands. Recommended 100%. We could relax there after 6 months travelling. Also breakfast is awesome, super complet!!!!! We loved the passion fruit juice. The only problem was the construction work. Hopefully, it will be finished soon because it’s in a top-notch location.

Comfy bed, hot water and hot air for colder days! The host was super attentive and friendly.

Host was amazing, couldn’t do enough for you. Was greeted with welcome drinks and a map to explain what we could do in the area. Great location with motorbikes and bicycles to rent. Room was lovely with a homely feel, two big double beds so we had extra room. Really HOT shower which was a bonus and water in the room. Nothing was amazing

The room is very comfortable and spacious. The owner is really friendly and helpful and gave me great tips for what to see in Ninh Binh. Breakfast is generous and cooked fresh for you when you sit down. The homestay is in a great location in the middle of Tam Coc.

The staff were great and so helpful with bike and scooter hire and letting us check out later because of our late train. Lovely breakfast It got a little damp as there was no ventilation from the bathroom
