Tuan Ngoc Hotel

The rooms looked really good and were spacious. The shower was great. I think the location is fine, not on the main street but also not too far it was a short walk to get to the center. The breakfast was nice, many fruit options. The staff were really nice and friendly. Overall it was pretty clean except the blanket which had some yellow stains. But not too bad.

The staff was so incredibaly kind and the facilities were also very good. Thank you so much for the good care

The hotel has a very nice swimming pool, cold drinks, the beds were very comfortable. The owners are very friendly and even suggest us to organize breakfast even though we were late for it. Super cute dogs that live there The walk to the hotel at night can be dark, but the area is really safe

Lovely little hotel tucked away behind the main path around the river in tam coc. The family running the place could not have been more kind and helpful. We were able to check in early which was amazing as my daughter was unwell. The rooms are beautifully clean, breakfast was similar to all other offerings around the country but was one of the best I’d had. The pool was a great bonus and a lovely place to chill after a days cycling and exploring. We did bird valley, hang mua all on bikes that we hired from the hotel. Had such a great few days with this as our base. Really loved Tam Coc, lots to see and do here, it’s so beautiful. Definitely make sure not to miss a stay in Ninh Binh on your Vietnam trip. Would definitely recommend and would stay again. All perfect.

The best breakfast we had in the southeast asia. The staff is incredibly nice and the rooms are clean and big.

The staff were awesome, they allowed me to change booking on the day without any chargers due to me being stuck in sapa with food poisoning. Nice breakfast and bicycles were good to rent for the day! Pool could be a touch cleaner! Still was great though

Very cute room. Good shower, lovely breakfast. Owner was super helpful and had great English and gave me an itinerary upon arrival and was very kind to us. Air conditioner. It was very loud. Like more than usual, but I’m not sure why I think maybe because of the bamboo structure on the walls. And maybe the pool table could be fixed or renewed but it was free. But would of been nice because it is knackered

So accommodating - they let us check in after 4am after our sleeper bus, did our washing for us for a great price and then booked our taxi to the next place :) super comfy beds and great showers, good location too deffo recommend!!

Everything was really great!! The breakfast is amazing with so much delicious fruit and variety. The room was spacious and the bed was just amazing and really comfortable. The staff was super nice and went above and beyond to support with anything! You can rent bikes there and really book all tickets to activities with them. The pool was really clean and the hotel looks like it was recently renovated; one of the best stays we had in Vietname!

Location perfect good size rooms very clean & comfortable but what made it for us was the lovely family that run the hotel so helpful nothing was a problem helped us sort an issue with our train tickets . Pool was an added bonus much needed after a hot day exploring ☺️ Nothing to dislike!

Clean rooms, hot water, lovely pool area and a great family running the place. The location is perfect for exploring. Also the breakfast is the best we have had our whole time in Vietnam. We came for one night and stayed for 5. We also rented a motorbike for a very reasonable price and they helped us transfer money for a tour we had organised previously. We also left early in the morning and when our bus driver showed up 20 minutes early they were kind enough to not only come and find us but the lovely lady who runs the hotel had also made us Bahn Mi’s and gave us water and bananas for our journey. So kind as we were in a rush.

The staff went above and beyond during our stay - our room was constantly kept clean and well stocked of everything we needed, they gave us a map on arrival and informed us of all the activities/things available to do near by and they even made us sandwiches and gave us bananas to take with us on the last day since we had to check out before breakfast was served Such friendly faces, would highly recommend this hotel!

Wow wow wow. What a place. This place lived up to and far exceeded my expectations. The staff were lovely and catered to our every need. The accommodation was great and at a great price and food was amazing with a great portion of meat with every meal. The facilities were well maintained. If you are thinking about ninh binh, this place is a must
