Convenient to why I was staying there. Old hotel that needs renovation

The staff was nice and the TV and cable was good and location was not bad the bed was nice. The mini fridge did not work because it was frozen over, the door lock was broken for the extra bolt, the microwave was dirty and the inside had rusted and was falling apart, there was what looked to be water stains on the ceiling in the bathroom, the ac unit was just covered with dust inside, holes in the wall, neither ice machines outside the room worked overall not a good experience but I've stayed in worse all they really need is to close up some of the rooms fix things and it would be a good stay.

THERE WAS NO BREAKFAST SERVED EVEN THOUGH THE WEBSITE SAID IT WAS AND LOCATION WAS BAD...ETC Dirty room...Dirty sheets...mold around the tub...no battery in the smoke detector...bathroom was Dirty...no breakfast was served even though it said it on the website...CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE EVEN WHEN I TRIED TO ASK FOR A REFUND/AND OR GET SWITCHED TO ANOTHER ROOM...AND HE HAD A BAD ATTITUDE....the pool was dirty as well....And the front desk gentleman his attitude about everything was bad.

The piece and location was okay Too much drama. Guest were outside our room fighting, hollering and just being loud. Room wasn’t cleaned properly.

NOTHING There was no Breakfast like advertised, the rooms smelled extremely bad the staff was rude you can't trust the neighborhood I was so afraid my car would be stolen so many sketchy people around and the police being called every day

NOTHING! THE WORST HOTEL IN VIRGINIA The clerk was rude. He acted as if I was interrupting his phone call when I arrived. Sort of tossed my room key to me and when I asked where the room was he got annoyed and told me it was outside up the stairs. The room smelled of cigarettes, the room/bed had fleas or bed bugs. My legs were bitten up. I immediately left

The price for the stay. The towels were stained and had hair on them, I called for maintenance and no one came, the a/c unit was leaking and wetting the floor, the a/c unit was not cooling the room, the sink was clogged. The staircases smelled as if someone had peed in them.

No toilet papers

Not anything. Everything was terrible. The staff. The dirty room, from the dirty floors and carpet to the dirty pillow cases and bed sheets to the filthy blankets and furniture. Spider webs on wall and ceiling. Charge to use the phone but no phone cord. The cleanliness . The scary guest. The urine smell in the staircase and elevator and walk ways. My safety. Paid for two nights didn't stay at all but was charge for one night anyway.

The location was about it Did not know the pool was closed and there was no breakfast as advertised. Toilet seat was not tight on the toilet. And all the outlets on the bed side of the room were not working.

Totally dirty & unhygenic motel. I was lucky that I was travelling alone & not with family otherwise I would totally change that motel. Unhygenic & dirty room as well as motel

The room was dirty smell like Marijuana carpet couch bathroom was dirty

Absolutely filthy. No batteries in the smoke detector that was hanging off the wall. Smelled of urine. Trashes not emptied. Beds not changed. 2 different rooms. Same experience. Hotels.com refunded my fees!! Steer clear of this one!!

I found that was miss leading! Pool was closed and covered up! The door to the bathroom was splitting at the bottom from water damage and would not close. The ceiling in the shower looked as if it might fall into the tube. Cleaning took the dirty towels and returned NONE back. Breakfast was not worthy of talking about!
