I did not like the hotel The room was not clean and it was run down the area its in is is horrible

We had to go to Walmart and get our own cleaning supplies bed sheets Bathroom floor the tub the whole floor was dirty

They stay on top of things on the regular.

I liked there was a pool available to cool off. Other guest yelling and fighting in front of guests disturbing those traveling. Other guest getting drunk stomping around acting foolish all hours. Housekeeping doesn’t come offer more towels or anything not even clean. They could have offered more pillows or blankets anything other than you just check in and leave when your stay is over. The bed was the worst thing ever.

Overall, horrible experience for a customer who pays their hard earned money.

The room was very clean. Beds are clean and comfortable. Staff are very attentive. Booking.com was a little confusing having to message the dates that were wrong. Still waiting for it to be fixed.

The pool How the staff was talking to each other poorly and rude the room could have been cleaner and it could have had a coffee maker like everyone else has in there rooms the power went out a couple of times and the tv didn't work until we asked about it twice.

I did not like the place. Picture is deceiving. The place is run down and many street walkers hanging out in the area and near my assigned room. They say they put the nice people up front closer to the front desk. And others towards the back of the hotel I’m guessing due to suspicious activity… I have no clue what goes on back there. I don’t think I want to know. We asked for a different room because the bed sheets had unknown stains and it did not look like it was changed. There was hair towards the foot area of the bed under the sheets. I like to check all the way to the bottom. It was nasty. And the other rooms they showed us seems to be worst. I don’t think I would have been able to sleep at all. We end up not staying and checked out within 10 minutes of checking in. We took a loss on our money. I refuse to stay there.

No working television for two days. Shelf by bed kept falling and still was down for two-three days

I checked in between 3-4pm after settling in I realized the toilet wasn't working and also leaking. I contacted the front desk i was told some was was coming to fix it but no one came so I went to the front desk asked if someone can assist and finally someone came 2 hours later. I woke up at 6am to a puddle of water in the room from the A/C unit being faulty. After trying to get the situation rectified no one came to fix the unit or clean the water so I packed my things and left. The service was awful. Couldn't even utilize the shower properly. Terrible experience

The linen wasn't clean and it was smoke filled.

I was taking a shower and the the shower was black with dirt and long black hair, I have short brown hair, I asked the clerk to have my room cleaned and when I came in from work, it still wasn’t cleaned! I asked he clerk and said he was sorry and he would have someone in 10 minutes, again no one showed up! I even took the trash out myself! I paid good money to the hotel and felt I got short changed! Ring around Tub, stompyuo toilet 🚽, unreasonable staff, unprofessional. I was disappointed ☹️. Never again!

Washer and dryer The rooms were dirty, linens were stained and tore. Strong smell of weed and cigarettes, not safe for kids.

Nothing but homeless people walking around a lot of cop in and out if the property
