DO NOT RECOMMEND! Non-smoking rooms have cigarette burns in the sheets. The air conditioning unit looks like they have been used like an ashtray. The light switch for the light by the window is disabled forcing the whole room to be lit 24/7. Staff can barely speak English and telework via kiosk. Included coffee, juice and miscellaneous breakfast service was non-existent. The juice and coffee machines are there but do not work. This location is absolutely atrocious. The towels and wash cloths are also extremely aged with foul odors. Spend the extra $20-50 a night elsewhere for better service and amenities.

Sorry, but this was a sketchy area of the city and I seriously was worried about our car in the parking lot. The old adage, you get what you pay for--- I needed inexpensive and I got it but also got everything else that comes with inexpensive.

The price location being in the middle of shops was great so was the housekeeping staff No human interaction at the front desk when housekeepers leave no options to get towels or anything else the rooms can also use maintenance showers liners need to be changed or washed could use real pillows king size pillows for king size bed not three small pillows

Asked for my money back I never stayed at that nasty hotel. Left and went To Woodsprings Suites which I have proof. The guy in the kiosk lied which this company is good with....better.

The air conditioning The room was not properly cleaned. Had ashes on the table. Also had juice stains on the table. There was no shower mat in the shower. I almost fail while in the shower. Curtain had a tear in them

I didn't have breakfast in the 3 day that I stayed there. It was a good location for me to see my family and friends

The bed was good Had to be there with no tv service for hours. The floor was dirty with dead bugs. Homeless people or drug addicts hanging around property.. Broken soda machine.
