We had a great stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms and hotel were clean. Breakfast was good, lots of variety. Amenities were good, minus the pool ( it was closed due to maintenance/renovation).

Overall, great hotel: clean rooms and common areas, comfy beds, good water pressure and temperature, effective darkening blinds, plenty of room space, and adequate breakfast offerings. The location is near ISU campus and nice shops and restaurants at easy walking distance. Parking is inconvenient being in a ramp across the street. Not too far away, but be aware of this in poor weather. Positives out weigh any negatives, I would stay here again.

Great location, super close to ISU. Staff was so friendly and helpful, clean and comfortable room. Loved the 2nd floor patio. Very relaxing space to decompress after a day of travel

Clean up to date room. Staff was very friendly. Great breakfast buffet. There was a freak rain storm that knocked out power. We had to climb 5 stories of stairs to get to your room. I have a bad knee so the climb was painful.

Staff was friendly and hotel was really nice

Easy one night stay with parking included right across the street. Easy check in and quiet at night. Friendly staff.

The front desk staff working 6/11 in the evening really listened to my concern about checking my daughter in. He called the manager explained a unique situation and then the manager helped with the concern. I cannot be more thankful that my daughter was safe that night (severe weather in the area). I appreciate the kindness and going the extra mile.

Close to campus activities The carpet in the room was gross. Huge stains all over. Small detail but bags not in trash cans. Just was not the normal Hyatt experience. Staff was very friendly and helpful. However, wearing an earbud while checking people in seemed unprofessional.

Parking is the only drawback. It is in a parking garage and if weather is bad is inconvenient. Also it is a walk to get to the elevators in the garage.

I can't speak about breakfast, because every time we stay here, we have to get up and leave around 6 a.m. which makes us too early for breakfast. We stay here because the rooms are super nice and comfortable, it's conveniently located next to tons of awesome restaurants (DP Dough is amazing!!), and the staff are the most friendly hotel staff I've ever encountered. Even when we come in looking like raggamuffins who've been driving all day, they are super nice. There's a Starbucks attached to it too, which is convenient. They pay for your parking (I didn't know this the first time I stayed with them). You just drive into the garage and find a spot, then go down to the street level and walk to the hotel which is just right down the street. If you have a lot of heavy luggage, you might want to pull up and drop one of your people off with the bags before you park to make it easier, but we always just carry ours - it's a short walk. It's on the pricier side of hotels compared to others I stay at. BUT we still choose to stay here when there are cheaper options because it is that awesome every single time. I was stressed at first with the parking garage because I'm from a small town and not used to that, but it's honestly not that bad once you get used

Room is clean and big enough to accommodate three people

Overall not bad. Some of breakfast was cold and should have been warm. No pool due to maintenance. Lock on inside of bathroom door was broke but the outside part worked
