Stayed 5 nights no complaints very happy with our stay

The level of hospitality at Home2 Suites North Conway was unlike anything we’ve experienced at a typical hotel. Even during the complimentary breakfast, the staff were almost like wait staff—circulating through the dining area, picking up empty plates and taking away trash as guests finished. But what stood out even more was how genuinely invested they seemed in the people staying there. They remembered guests, asked about hometowns and travel plans, and took the time to actually connect with people. It never felt forced or scripted. They were just incredibly kind and welcoming. Mrs. Kathy, in particular, made such an impression on our family. We were chatting with her about our plans for the day, which was supposed to be a pretty casual travel day, and she recommended a stop we hadn’t planned on. We decided to take her advice and completely changed our itinerary—and we are SO glad we did. What was supposed to be an uneventful travel day turned into an absolute showstopper and one of our kids’ favorite memories from the entire trip. That’s the kind of thing you remember long after you’ve forgotten what the hotel room looked like. A beautiful destination is wonderful, but people who genuinely care about making your experience special are what make a stay exceptional. Home2 Suites North Conway absolutely nailed it.

breakfast has a lot of options, staff was friendly,room was clean and spacious and location has a lot to offer for shopping downtown which is charming or the outlets right there.....great stay

Great location, very clean, friendly staff, huge room and very comfortable beds.

Spacious room, pool was nice for the kids, and the continental breakfast was convenient.

Wouldn’t stay here the price was extortionate for the cold, really bad pillows and noisy hitel

The staff was very friendly and the hotel was very clean and modern.The breakfast had a big variety of items and it was very good.Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

We have stayed here several times in the past. Check in is quick. Front desk staff is friendly. When we arrived to our initial room, it did not appeared that the room was completed with housekeeping. Counters were full of crumbs, microwave and dishwasher were full of handprints. We quickly received a phone call and a knock on the door asking us about the room. The maintenance man saw me wiping down the counters and came in to start cleaning. He informed us they had been working on the microwave in the room. The front desk said there had been some miscommunication and the room was supposed to be blocked. They moved us to a different room, which was clean. We were offered free snacks from the snack area, which I’m still bummed we didn’t take advantage of. Unfortunately the family above us was running and jumping throughout the time we were in the room. I have kids so I can understand, but when it’s 10-11pm or you’re getting woken up by it, it was very frustrating. That is no fault of the hotel though. Other than that, the hotel was very quiet. There were several dogs on our floor, but they were quiet and we never heard them. Breakfast was a small selection, but good. It ended early at 9am, which was a little rough as we like to try to sleep in a bit while on vacation. There is an indoor pool, average size, can fill up quickly. The coffee, tea, and hot chocolate in the lobby all day was appreciated. The location is great. No issues with parking.

The friendly stuff, the location, clean. There wan almost no healthy products in breakfast

Absolutely everything – the room is exactly the same as in the photos, with coffee available 24/7. The staff are helpful, friendly and always smiling. There’s plenty of parking; everything is nearby – all the shops, all the restaurants and all the cafés. The only thing I didn’t like was that, during my week’s holiday, the toilet paper wasn’t changed once until I asked for a roll myself. And towards the end of my holiday, the roll of toilet paper I’d bought myself was taken away, and they didn’t put a new one in its place.

Four of us stayed for the weekend. We rented a suite. It had a kitchenette, dining/ office table, a pull out sofa and 2 queen beds. Tons of storage!!!! Updated, clean, helpful staff. Continental breakfast included. Great hotel! Would highly recommend!

Very pleasant staff and great rooms. No hot tub but the pool was great! Lots of choices for breakfast and coffee/ tea available 24 hrs.
