North Conway Grand Hotel

Very clean room.We recommend it.

Staff was not helpful and not friendly. Breakfast not included but for price its standard options.

Great place to stay.

We Definitely will be back, friendly atmosphere. Perfect for kids or without kids. Excellent location.

Room was clean restaurant was really good. Nice location

Room was filthy and outdated. Sink didn’t drain. Water was scalding or cold no in between. The fan in the bathroom didn’t work because it was so caked with lint and dirt. An old hair tie was on the tub side when we got there. Their $17:95 buffet breakfast was sub par with powdered eggs and food that could have come from a fast food restaurant. There was nothing grand about this hotel. Would not recommend.

Very nice indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs. Close to all the activities we wanted to do. Kids enjoyed the ice cream in the evenings.

Pleasantly surprised at my stay at the North Conway grand. My daughters and I had a wonderful time love the pool area, the movie room, and all the other amenities. The staff was very friendly in our room was very comfortable.

Terrific and beautiful- a true gem!

Parental control over small children under 5 needed. At least an attempt ! When I arrived, a half dozen young children were in hot tub. I assume parents were sitting close by, The hot tub became the kiddie pool. You can't keep children out of the hot tub, but their parents should be with them.

Excellent stay, very cozy room, clean and beds were comfortable. Couldn’t ask for more!

We went for a couples massage and the services were fantastic! We planned to go out for dinner after but were so relaxed, we opted for drinks and snacks at the hotel bar instead!

The room was clean, but the bathroom was very tiny, there wasn't any room to put your toiletries and I wish they had a fan in the bathroom. The bed was very comfortable and there was plenty of closet space. I loved the robes and slippers that were offered and I used them both. If you are traveling the second week of August, be prepared that there are lots of kids running around and screaming. We normally visit at the end of August and will do that next year. The pool looked really nice, but it was so packed, we were not able to ever get a spot.

It’s was good stay, pool was dirty, the rug in the room was dirty… it was busy during our stay… the no alcohol rule by the pool did not exist, parents where letting there kids run wild as they where drunk.. the parents let the kids literally step and splash on other guess… staff saw everything and didn’t unforced any rules on the parents it was a pretty dangerous situation for everyone from jumping to drunk parents no rules at all… I blame the parents and the staff for not making sure everyone was going to be safe had to leave pool because it was a disaster ready to happen
