Was an ok place to stay. When we arrive 1/2 past check in time the room was not ready. And then found milk in the refrigerator that had not been taken out. Seems like cleaning job was rushed. Also, beds were very low to the floor and was not advertised that it was like this.

The outside property looks clean and inviting. The inside is a horror story. Our room was dirty, food on the floor, unidentified grime on the bathroom floor, holes in the wall. The safe would not work and the toilet would not flush. When this was reported the front desk clerk she was rude and acted extremely bothered. We were offered another room, but the issue was it only had one light that worked & was not comparable to our original ( two queen beds) it was a cave. We went back to the front desk to let her know that it was unacceptable and she gave us keys to another room. This room was a lot smaller than our original and again had double beds ( we had two adults & two children) the beds in the room where platform beds approximately 10 inches off the floor , and the room had a horrible odor. With no choice we stayed in our original room. My husband fixed the toilet. The room next door to us was smoking cigarettes and the room below was smoking marijuana. ( which is illegal in Nee Hampshire.) our room smelled of both. We left for dinner and when we returned there was feces, YES feces down the entire hallway. The smell was so disgusting that my daughter then up. Our room smelled of feces, we opened our slider to the balcony ( with the broken handle ) to get air and then all we smelled was cigarettes, marijuana & feces. I was extremely kind, respectful and never once raised my voice when reporting any of these issues but nothing got resolved.

I had been coming here since 1997 to 2019 (give or take a couple years ) and it’s so sad how badly kept it is ,it’s falling apart .the room was dirty .the bathroom was dirty ,their were ants on the counter and got into our food.the sofabed was dirty had food and raisins in the bed . The balcony was dirty ,wasn’t swept had dirty toenail clippings, the mirrors were dirty .there was no decent lighting they were so dim ,the counters and cabinet and sink have been there since the 90s never been replaced . I had to buy Lysol wipes to sanitize for my kids .its sad because it use to be so inviting and cozy ,all the charm is gone . It was a family tradition but I don’t think I’d stay again .

Helpful staff. Good location. Comfortable room.

Rooms were dark and dingy. They all need an update. Not just in the room but the pool area as well. Breakfast didn’t start until 7 which we are early birds so wasn’t able to check that out.

The room carpet was dirty. The air conditioning was filthy. Breakfast was good. Staff was not in uniform you could not tell who was an employee and who was a guest.
-
The indoor pool was freezing. The lighting in the room so so bad you couldn't even see in your suitcase to unpack. The mattresses were so uncomfortable we couldn't even sleep.

Breakfast was great. For the cost of the room it's a great deal. And it's takes pets.

Check-in was a little difficult. Hostess was unclear and hard to understand. Rest of staff were great. As always had a great time and a great stay.

Saying that the hotel is outdated is an understatement. The entire hotel needs a complete overhaul and it wasn't actually clean. It was picked up. Nothing on the floor and no clutter, but look closer and there's dirt on the floor, brown stains on the sheets, brown stains on the towels, stained shower curtain, a big yellow stain in the bottom of the tub as well as the vent not working in the bathroom. There was also broken furniture. We had a balcony (which we were not put into at first) and the door frame of the slider was broken and hard to close. The chairs on the deck were moldy. The microwave and mini fridge were dirty. We did not take our shoes off the entire time we were in the room. The playground equipment was faded, rusty and falling apart. The indoor pool had so many chemicals, it left my granddaughters hair stiff. This hotel is a 2 star hotel at most and that's only because of those 3 staff members out of everyone that works there. It was NOT worth the price I paid. I wanted to leave the second I got there. I won't be back. Expedia needs to do better with hotel recommendations.

Dirty room-hair all over everything, fake nail in bathroom, booger and dried blood stain on sheets. Shelving falling apart in bathroom, fan didn’t work, looked like mold in places! Was afraid to use the pools because of how gross the rooms were. Staff did give us sheets to change the beds ourselves.

Certainly not worth a $300/night. Rooms are outdated, tub yellow stained, beds are ancient, felt very unclean.

Overall we liked our stay, we have stayed here a few times. I wasn’t happy that we didn’t get a balcony room which is what we paid for and also when we checked in and was in our room for a little bit, a maid came opened up our front door and saw me and said “ oh sorry “ and closed the door! We didn’t ask for service nor did she knock.

We checked in and were given a “suite”. We got in the room and immediately smelled old dirty carpet. The windows were filthy and the bathroom tiles were loose. The jetted tub looked like it had not been cleaned in a while. There were also pictures missing off the wall with just hangers showing and it was very dark (no overhead lighting). We went to the desk and asked for another room. The woman at the desk was apologetic and got us another room. It was marginally better. The bathroom had pink mildew in the corners of the tub, the screen on the sliding glass door barely opened and the bed was very uncomfortable. It was also very dark when no natural light was available. I went down to ask for more pillows to see if that helped with the mattress and the woman brought me to a room were pillows were kept on open shelves. She gave me the pillows and pillowcases (to put on myself) and walked away. There was also a very rude employee working the desk when I went to turn in the “suite” keys to see if there would be a price difference since we now had a regular room. All in all, this was our third time staying here with each visit worse than the last and we will NEVER go back! On a side note, their breakfast was good! That and the kind front desk person who got us a new room is the only reason I didn’t give them a 1!

Lady (short hair) at check in was rude. Also said our room wasn’t ready even though it was after check in time. I wasn’t bothered by the room not being ready but her tone was crap. Like I was inconveniencing her. Talked down to me even though I was friendly and outgoing. Everyone else we interacted with was super nice including the person who actually checked us in hours later and two housekeeping ladies we passed in the hall. Our balcony railing was rotted out. If someone were to even barely lean on it, it would have been tragic. We reported it to the front desk and they said a maintenance guy would come, but no one did. Room card readers on the doors barely worked. Light on wall quit working, iron quit working mid use, ironing board was so rusted underneath that it wouldn’t collapse back down. Carpets were gross. Tv was so low on the stand that you couldn’t watch it from bed. Lighting in bathroom was terrible, maybe so you can’t see how gross it is. Lighting in bathroom fixture cracked. Fan in bathroom didn’t turn on. No one came to give us new towels and our trashes overflowed until I took it upon myself to get bags from the front desk. Breakfast was great though! Lots of stuff available including strong coffee.
