Amazing room. Food over priced and below expectations. Parking. Not free. Done online. Still received a parking ticket despite paying. Thankfully I could provide a bank statement as proof of payment.

Rooms were amazing and staff were really friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was also commendable. None.

Location and view Only fault was the sink in bathroom had a crack in it

The closeness to bridges and being able to get around. The restaurant was expensive. The rooms could have been cleaner. It appeared there were red stains of sort on the curtains. They could have easily been washed. Also the housekeeping was hit and miss. One day no towels, another day no bathroom floor mat and despite alerting reception we were out of body wash for 3 days. We used shampoo. Other days milk was forgotten to be replenished.

Clean with lovely views, very friendly helpful staff nice food. Cocktails very nice and would recommend Not very much outside space and the only space we found was busy wirh smokers which was not comfortable to sit

Freindly staff ,nice big room with a fridge The cheek to want another 7 quid a day for parkin by a private company pushed out by the hotel is awful ,especially as its in Scotland and not enforceable..it leaves a bad taste

Ideally situated with stunning views of the bridges and the forth . Very pleasant staff The porridge at breakfast was yuk yet the rest of the breakfast food available was very good

Clean, organised and friendly staff. Clean open space with light from big windows with views of bridges. I’m gluten free and dairy free. I had a lovely breakfast and yummy family meal in the restaurants with amazing views of the Queensferry bridge.
