Staff were friendly and helpful, whilst the location directly on the beach was excellent Not enough cold beer readily available of the type that I liked, and there were no tips on the pool cues.

Hard to beat location Food was second tier besides the fresh fruits ? which were lovely.

The location is amazing. You are right on the beach. Has a beautiful restaurant overlooking the beach. Food is very good. Breakfast was good. rooms are little dated, and the layout is not ideal. The bathroom is in one area with the shower sink and toilet in one spot. we didn’t love the bathroom situation, but otherwise the rooms were decent.

Food over priced

Great location right on the beach. the people that work there are incredibly kind, knowledgeable and professional. They were very attentive and super nice. Especially the ladies at the front desk, so welcoming and wonderful. The rooms are very clean, modern and you feel relaxed the minute you get there - your worries melt away. There is music playing in the bar and food area throughout the day which is quite normal. But so if you want super quiet surroundings in general it is better to go to the other side (east side) of the tip of Nungwi.

Charlotte and Staff (with exception of the manager) were lovely and tried to make our stay pleasant. Food was great and chef takes pride in running a clean restaurant with great staff. Saada had a huge smile and very friendly attitude every meal . When we arrived, reception could not find our reservation even though I had fully paid a month earlier. We were then told the delux king room we paid for would be available the next day but later found out it was being renovated. We were given a room that joins another. Unfortunately there is a glass panel above the door so the light from next door totally shines in even when we had the light off. The whole room lit up. Property needs better maintenance. The marketing photos are deceptive. Flyscreen did not fit the window on our first room. The refrigerator didn’t work even after we checked the plug and PowerPoint as the manager suggested. The manager told my husband that mold in the bathroom was to be expected when it rains. The manager yelled at my husband but later apologized when he realized other guests were watching. The entry dirt road is really bad. Litter and weeds all over. It wouldn’t take much to clean. After the rain, huge puddles were extremely hard to get past. The delux king room at this hotel was not cheap so we expected much better for the price we paid.

Gorgeous views, kind staffs, good food, good location. Perfect vacation stay. It's right next to the beach so available to all kinds of sea activities. The property charged me for two nights for what booked and already paid for in advance a week earlier through booking.com. The managment / manager is holding my money, saying he hasn't received the payment from booking.com.

I was recommended by a friend, it was worth.   This lovely boutique hotel is located right on the Nungwi beach, just a few steps from the Ocean and very close to various bars & restaurants. It is an ideal starting point for long beach walks, boat trips and other water activities. With a private, relaxing atmosphere, stunning views, and a shaded pool, it's perfect for families. The food in hotel restaurant delicious. Staff members are warm-hearted, helpful and demonstrated hospitality, ensuring our comfort and accommodating our requests with a smile. They also make sure that you are not bothered by local beach boys when staying on the front raw sun-beds. The clean, spacious, air-conditioned rooms with comfortable beds enhance your stay experience. Don't miss out on their excellent massage service.

I appreciated the warm and welcoming attitude of the staff, particularly the manager, who went out of their way to ensure our comfort. However, the venue did not match the description provided, and not all information regarding additional charges was disclosed on the website. We have encouraged charges while paying with card, charges that hasn't been mentioned on the booking stage. We were expecting a sea view, as this was paid for it but unfortunately, this hotel lacks such a feature, perhaps only one room offers it. We encountered problems with water pressure and experienced electricity outages for several hours. The breakfast options were limited and served later than the advertised opening hours. Additionally, the swimming pool was consistently dirty, likely due to overhanging trees. Although beach access was mentioned, it was obstructed by flagging water flow.

The location in Nungwi was perfect. Directly on the beach and a quieter part of the village. Right on the beach, the staff were nice and helpful, okay breakfast, clean big rooms. Appreciated that there were sunbeds in the hotel garden by the beach. The restaurant had a nice view and the food was good, (but we only had lunch once.) A little more choice at breakfast, preferably avocado, more fruits. The shower in the room lacked drainage, the whole bathroom became a lake and also ran into the room. The description of the room stated sea view, this is not true. Only some rooms have a sea view. Better description and pictures of the different rooms would be more accurate. We were persuaded to book our snorkelling trip through the hotel, it was more expensive but would be better than booking with someone directly on the beach? Don't know if there was any difference except that we had to pay more...

The staff were very attentive, respectful, and friendly. The views were amazing. The area is full of life. We loved our stay. Nothing really
