I received a very warm welcome at Hotel Drei Raben and felt at home from the moment I arrived. One particularly thoughtful touch was the complimentary evening refreshment: each night, guests were invited to enjoy either a glass of wine or a bottle of water, courtesy of the hotel. My room was spacious and very comfortable, with a coffee machine, kettle, high-quality toiletries, and even a selection of classical music CDs that could be played in the room. The hotel pays great attention to detail and provides everything one could wish for in a hotel room. The breakfast was excellent, with a generous selection of high-quality products. The location is excellent, right in the city centre. Nürnberg’s main sights, the old town, restaurants, and shops are all within easy walking distance, making it an ideal base for exploring the city. I would gladly stay here again. Nothing to complain about. Everything met or exceeded my expectations.

Excellent location. You can take the pedestrian subway almost to the hotel. Not too far from transport, but in the old town. On a sunny afternoon it's great to sit out the front (with a drink) and watch the world go by. The staff were excellent and full of interesting information about Nürnberg. The themed rooms were also enjoyable. A great stay with all the right touches run by people passionate about their hotel and their city.

Perfect old town location so walking everywhere was easy. Breakfast was very good catering for all appetites and nationalities. Bedroom was large enough with very large double bed and allowing for a very quiet night sleep. Lift was small and slow but given the age of the property not surprising.

The location of the hotel is perfect. Also, the cleanliness of the room was really good, I have absolutely no complaint about it. Breakfast was also good, wide range of selection was available, and everything was fresh. The friendliness of the staff is excellent. The curtains are not making the room dark enough, so sleeping is difficult for those who prefer the complete darkness. Some parts of the furniture are looking a bit outdated e.g. the wardrobe. My desk plate looked very worn out, as it was used for 20 years without any renovation. The 73 years old lift (although renovated 9 years ago) is a bit funny in a 4 stars hotel. The below is to be solved because it is dangerous! The water temperature was often fluctuating on the 4. floor where my room was located (maybe other floors are not affected this badly) and changed from normal to very cold ~15 C° or very hot ~60 C°. This fluctuation happened fast and unexpectedly. The slippery bottom of the shower cabin made it even more dangerous when you had to quickly move away out of the shower beam. A colleague of mein told that no warm water was available on the top floor, which is rather very inconvenient, than dangerous. But not expected from a 4 stars hotel.
