Booked this hotel for a concert I was attending in oracle arena this weekend. The hotel is right off the highway very convenient The hotel its self was really nice inside/outside. I used the gym during my stay not a lot inside mainly just cardio equipment, the one machine that I took advantage of was the cable machine they had very cool that they had one the only downside to it is that there was no other attachments for it just the standard cable grip. I love the little walk way you have for the Hotel very cool, the room I stayed in during my time there was very nice the only downside of the room I stayed at is the lack of lighting in the actual bedroom area and the lock on the door to the actual toilet was broken but overall really loved the shower/tub combo and the balcony right next to the water. Before I forget they do charge for parking and the parking lot on the side of best western gets full at night so keep that in mind. Definitely I hotel I would recommend if you are attending a concert at Oakland arena.

Clean, spacious room, friendly staff, large variety of breakfast options, hot tub and amazing views in quiet area.

Can’t beat the price! And the wonderful young lady at check in gave us a floor room with water view !!! No upcharge. My kids had a blast! Just being in a place like that. We are in between rentals and this was a total silver lining while we are going through this process. Thank you staff !

Rooms are clean, beds are very comfortable to sleep in. The front desks staff are always very helpful. Breakfast we love because there's a variety on the menu. My favorite is the hot tub very convenient after a long day to unwind. The gym is also very convenient and the scenery/walk path around the hotel is very beautiful. We always book a balcony room and the last time we stayed here was 2 years ago. Its always our to go hotel whenever we are visiting Oakland. Thank you

Great stay! Close enough to the ferry

Also, for $300 a night stay rooms could definitely be better maintained as far as cleanliness goes. My sheets were not clean and appeared to have stains on them. Will not return.

Clean room and friendly staff but shuttle doesn't run weekends .

We had a wonderful overnight stay here. The large room was very well maintained. The pool and spa were a nice treat. The breakfast had many choices. Would definitely stay here again.

I loved how easy everything was ! They serve complimentary breakfast with great options ! And the deposit is only $100 and parking is $18-$20 which they take out of your deposit! Very kind staff ! Very clean and lovely room / with a view too !! Slightest bits of ants running around the bathroom ! And living space

The room was very spacious and comfortable. The beds comfotable and a choice of pillows. The bathroom was lovely and well presented. The view of the lake was beautiful. The lighting in the main part of the room was inadequate and made the room feel quite dim. The layout of the toilet area in the bathroom was awkward, as the light switch was located behind a very heavy door, making it inconvenient to access, especially during the night. The staff came across as abrupt and not particularly friendly, which detracted from the overall experience.

Great place for a quick trip. Attention was good.

In addition, the hotel charges $16 per day for parking, which was an unexpected extra expense. Overall, the cleanliness, customer service, and additi

An older property that is exceptionally well maintained. Rooms are large and updated very clean and a friendly staff. Breakfast was reasonably good. Not enough seating in lobby for a busy morning.

The room was clean and opened to the bay, which was very nice. The location was not very convenient or safe to get around. The pool was nice but the hot tub was too crowded with kids to try out. The dinner we had at the Executive Suites next door was very reasonably priced and tasted great. The breakfast was served after we had to leave, so we couldn’t enjoy that.
