The staff was very friendly, and they went above and beyond to assure we had everything we needed.

The best customer services I’ve ever experienced!! Clean, located near everything you want to see in Downtown!
-
Calm area the uphill walk to the hotel was very difficult for me, and the sidewalk was uncomfortable and hard to walk on. The towels from hotel are worn out.

No parking was available.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff

This hotel was excellent for our longer stay. We stayed for five nights, six days and began every morning with breakfast on the beautiful rooftop terrace. We booked two nice tours through the hotel to Monte Alban and Hierve el Agua, which helped us quickly gain an understanding and appreciation of the region. Finally, I would like to note that the hotel receptionists are wonderful, incredibly friendly and helpful. As an example, there was a big storm the evening before our departure, and I received a WhatsApp message from the front desk to advise me that we may want to order our taxi a little earlier in case the roads were slower. I would love to return and try out one of their loft suites next time!

The helpful reception desk. Large ground floor rooms Second floor room not as comfortable.

The staff was nice, the property was clean, and the breakfast view was gorgeous! The room itself was very small and didn’t have a view. In fact, you couldn’t even see out any windows. My friends ended up getting Airbnb’s and they were a lot nicer/had more character for similar value, especially if you’re with a group. Toast and fruit was free but you had to pay for breakfast and espresso shots. Also, walking home up that hill everyday got a little exhausting, but it wasn’t too bad.

Close to the city, but on the top of a hill. Comfortable and quality bedding. Great mattress. The staff (mainly front desk, especially the morning girl with short hair) were very unfriendly and unhelpful. It seemed like they disliked tourists a lot and were not very supportive when trying to hire a larger taxi to return to the airport. Also, upon asking for the cleaner to do simple cleaning tasks (while also being tipped) it felt like a burden for them to come and mop the floor and take out the trash. The rooms were incredibly dirty with dirt, dust, and hairs everywhere. There was dust on all the dishes and on the furniture. It seemed like it hadn’t been cleaned in months.

Staff was very friendly. Location is great, not in the hustle and bustle, but close enough to walk there within 5 minutes. Rooftop terrace is very nice with a wonderful view over the city centre. Included breakfast is quite limited.

Great roof top view for breakfast. Breakfast was good. They didn't supply bottled water. It is a walk downhill to town and uphill back. They messed up my booking but did take care of it. You have to request housekeeping. Shower was really weak with limited hot water.

Room was big. View from roof top deck was nice. There was no bottled water in the room. I tried to buy some from front deck but they had no change. The unit had a small kitchen but no soap to wash dishes. Location was uphill so walking to town was a workout. Also no elevator for luggage. Front desk says they are there 24 hrs but rarely was there anyone there.

The room was a bit small. Also the noise carries and it was hard to take a nap in a middle of the day, although at night they have quiet hours, so that helped.
