No hot water in shower.

The room in the pictures look bigger. The bathroom very uncomfortlable the tiles in the shower very dirty. No place to do your hair very little space.no hot water gor 2 days. The staff was very nice excellent staff service

The hotel was a 10 minute walk from the city center so at night it was kind of difficult heading back to the hotel but all in all it wasn't that bad.

Beautiful property. The hotel is designed and decorated with great care. It was a joy to look around and be in the space. The breakfast was also delicious and plentiful Our room was smallish and the bathroom could stand to be updated. Overall though, it was lovely.

Wonderful place a bit from the centro but easy walk (s) to wander throughout this beautiful city. The accommodation were very comfortable but it is the staff that makes you feel special. Kind. Happy. Helpful. Mucho Gracias! Zero

This hotel has wonderful breakfasts, kind staff, a gorgeous roof terrace and other nice common areas and beautiful, stylish decor. Also good water pressure and hot water, which is always nice. The main issue is that the bedrooms do not have windows. The only way to let in fresh air and daylight is to open the heavy wooden shutters to the hotel walkways and then you have no privacy whatsoever because there is no glass. You are sitting or lying on your bed just a couple feet and no glass or curtains between you and other people in the hotel.

Good breakfast and excellent service. Charming courtyard with interesting sculptures. Poor water pressure in the shower. Very noisy in the courtyard and terrace from street traffic. Small rooms with limited natural light.

Beautiful hotel with amazing staff. Felt very welcome here. Room 8 was not very private as it is next to the tea and coffee area. Noise was a small issue.

Staff was very helpful. Location is very loud. Walking to historic district isn’t too far but you’ll be dodging traffic and smelly busses and garbage trucks. Lots of people yelling at night. Kids crying next door. Walls are very thin.

The decor of the hotel, great seating and outdoor patio spaces terrific… the availability of coffee and water on each level, room comfort, lots of hot water and the qui all good None

We really enjoyed our time here! Rooms were a bit smaller than we expected but facility was very nice. Super yummy breakfast in the morning and nice staff. Would def come back!

Staff and breakfast were wonderful. 15 minute walk to all the sites in the city. Beautiful hotel. Loved it that there are only 12 rooms. Interior rooms have no windows although there are shutters to open up into the atrium. Location is on a busy road. Best to get a room on 2nd level and towards the back of the hotel.
