Beautiful, simple, unbeatable location, pool in hot months is necessary, incredible staff that was super nice and helpful - will definitely be staying here again. Maaaybe the pool could've been scooped for some of the small leaves that blew in a little more frequently? But even that wasn't a problem and there's only so much you can do - that's about all I have for "dislikes" and even that is a stretch!

The only thing i can complain is the bed, a little to small, comfterble but a little small, will try a bigger room next time!

Great central location, cool looking hotel/resort feel, clean room, pool was clean and nice to hang out in, there was a lot of staff seen everywhere. Room was much smaller than expected.

Great location We didn’t realize that we had booked the large st suite in the hotel, but that was all they showed via bookings because we were looking for 19 nights. They wouldn’t let us change rooms.

Beautiful setting , friendly and accommodating staff, excellent food. Lots of plants and cozy courtyard sitting.

Location and Staff were fabulous Presidential room in front was under construction had black garbage bags taped over window in smaller room.

Helpful staff

We got the last room at last moment— they allowed dogs? and they found parking for our car!! And the location was perfect. Although breakfast was not included, it was great in a nice courtyard Room was comfortable but small and with no windows. Hotel is quite large.

I loved the openess of the indoor spaces. The staff was very friendly and the restaurant was wonderful.

Location was excellent, the hotel is beautiful and the rooms are always very clean. Maybe the size of the rooms and Parking lot that is closer to the hotel.

We were lucky to get the last room! It was small but comfortable Breakfast not included- no window or balcony, Parking far away

Absolutely perfect location and a beautiful hotel. I enjoyed my stay and will be coming back.

Only its in a good location The double room we got did not have any windows which was very disappointing and feels very closed area, since it was only one night we did not care. Btu our initial plan was to stay for more days glad we did not do that on this property.

The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed.

The hotel was located close to loads of restaurants and city attractions. Walking distance from the plaza. There was no windows in the room. The bathroom did not have a door; restaurant pricey and outdated safe box.

The pool is pretty cold and the location can be noisy. But it's close to everything, so that is just part of the deal. I asked for an interior room, which was totally fine!

The rooms were tight quarters.
