Receptionist at night was really helpful and went to our room to help with the remote control. 1. Receptionist wasn't helpful at all. The hotel was almost empty and we arrived at 13:30. Many hotel make an exception and let us check-in early. He didn't even checked if it was possible and stayed on the rule. Not nicely and not flexible. 2. The wall are too thin we could listen the snoring of the neightbors.

The room was clean, but lacking in the amenities that a US traveler is used to: no hair dryer (although I read another review that warned of this, so I brought my own); no coffee maker in the room and the onsite restaurant did not open at 7am as was posted. The were only three plugs in the room - not great for two people needing to charge devices. Most of the staff spoke no English. The pool looked nice but it was a bit chilly so we did not swim. The hotel was in walking distance of numerous places to eat as well as a grocery store.

The room was a good size double beds no king, and it was about 12-15 blocks to the town square There was no coffee machine, no hair dryer, no iron, no ice machine (we had to pay for a small amount of ice) the tiles in the pool are missing alot should be redone. The restaurant closed at 4pm so no dinner and have to go travel to eat. For the price that we paid I would have paid a little more for alot more

Comfortable, clean and friendly staff. Easy to walk to centre and back. About 20 min or so . Good look Internet was super patchy and unreliable. Don’t plan on working or doing calls here
