The attentive staff! Loved everything

This is a wonderful, very quaint, culturally rich and authentic Oaxacan hotel. We loved all the special touches- hand-made soap, welcoming and departing gifts, the natural gardens, the local art, simple and delicious breakfast. Amazing service with very attentive staff. I would highly recommend this to any traveler Room was a bit small

The staff was wonderful. Facilities, especially the court yard was very nice and comfortable, breakfast was great. The room was a bit dark. It was a large room, extra seating would have been nice. No where to sit but on the bed.

We loved the staff—they were incredibly welcoming and kind throughout our stay. The hotel was very clean, and the room was perfect for two people. We had a great stay and didn’t have any complaints. We did misplace a charger, and the staff was incredibly attentive and even offered to help cover the cost, which we really appreciated.

Eve and the team at Nana Vida were exceptional! They took wonderful care of our family of 5 (me, my husband, and kids 16, 14 and 12). The breakfast were delicious and lovingly prepared (our waitress at breakfast was extremely attentive); they offered great advice on things to see, places to go. Our kids loved the Candy bar in the lobby, and the staff was always offering cold drinks and a helping hand. Thank you for a wonderful stay! Really nothing, was charming and lovely. in a great area, but not loud.

Arrived late and staff greeted me and couldn’t do enough to insure my comfort. Room was lovely and very low key with a beautiful courtyard

Close to everything. Easy to walk. Breakfast had good options. Staff were amazing… helpful, kind and pleasant. Art and decor was charming. There was nothing I didn’t like.

NaNa Vida was the perfect place for our stay in Oaxaca city. Every staff member was always friendly and generously available for assistance. The hospitality was thoughtful and top notch. The entire hotel, quaint and artistic, is a lovely experience in and of itself. Our room was very clean, with lovely natural lighting, and spaciousness. It was surprisingly quiet and peaceful during our stay, considering we were in such a central location in the city. It was so easy to walk from the hotel in any direction and enjoy what the city had to offer. Our stay was everything we hoped for on our trip. We are so grateful.

Great location with easy access to most tourist areas. The room was charming in the style of the city and the staff was outstanding. Having acces to a spa with very reasonable prices was also a plus.
