Location, staff, cozy

it was so clean, the staff was wonderful and it’s location was extremely convenient. The hotel did not carry the World Cup.?

Location, friendly staff, decent breakfast, modern room. Bathroom was very small, there was an odd smell in the hallway outside our room.

Everything was great! as the hotel was not occupied we decided to upgrade and get the suite which to my taste was better then the rooms behind because I needed natural light in my bathroom to get ready. The staff is SO good, always responsive by whatsapp and helpful! The breakfast was correct nothing over the top but exactly what you need (eggs or pancake and coffee). The rooms are very clean and grat if you need to work as there is a desk. Also great location we walked everywhere! and when needed the hotel got us a taxi.

The food was mediocre. I ate twice. Coffee no Bueno. The hallways are loud.

Very clean, the room and bathroom were very spacious , they provided many amenities, breakfast was very good, customer service was outstanding. Daniel at the front desk was incredibly helpful with any questions we had and was always calling a taxi for us. If you need anything for your room, they bring it right away. The staff is excellent. The location is very convenient to everything. We can’t say enough good things about this wonderful little hotel. Nothing

I loved the atmosphere of the hotel, beautifully curated rooms with a strong attention to detail. The architecture, materials, and lighting create a warm experience. The location is excellent, allowing you to fully enjoy Oaxaca, and the staff was always kind and attentive. Overall, the experience was very positive. If anything, there are small opportunities to reduce the use of salt in your breakfast, as at times it felt too much.

Location, although the sound from the street can be heard. They give you ear plugs. No hot water - there was an issue with the hot water that was not fixed on time for me. I only stayed one night and I needed to shower by 9 am.

Very nice staff and location was incredible close to all artesanal stores. Plus the breakfast included hit the spot!

Location, staff Very noisy area! We didn’t sleep one whole night! Breakfast is mediocre, slow and clod. They were trying to charge me $30!!! For a towel that they claimed came from my room (????) and they couldn’t clean. I took it to the cleaners and brought it back clean. This is a first! And totally uncalled for.

Location was great during the day. Location at night was not great as it was VERY noisy

Breakfast was good but wish it could have started at 7:00. Two days we had to leave early for excursions and had to rush breakfast. If you could create a little buffet of rolls, coffee, fruit then people could grab something or order from the menu also. Earlier breakfast.

Great room, service and lovely bathroom.

You can hear the noise from the street and nearby bars but luckily the hotel comes with earplugs that were a lifesaver.

Feels cozy and beautiful , i would stay longer The noise and sense of privacy , i would add non-see through blinds or something for having the option of natural light AND privacy and not have to resort to artificial light

I really enjoyed how close to the city I was and the staff was amazing. The hotel is very clean and the breakfast, which was included in my stay, was amazing. I would definitely come here again.

From the friendly, almost friendship-like initial reception to the farewell very early in the morning, this was a memorable stay in the most positive sense. Attentive and caring team, including everyone from the cleaning ladies via the kitchen staff to the reception team. Amazing room in a fantastically restored historical building. The ear plugs provided at each bed were not necessary at all. Breakfast was wonderful. I basically enjoyed every moment at this place and will certainly go back if the opportunity arises. It sounds almost silly, but I would have liked a glass of wine - which was not available.
