Breakfast was served on the hotel's beautiful terrace, offering a view of the city center and the mountains surrounding the city. The breakfast included in the room rate was simple, but sufficient and varied. Mari, the cook, was very kind and efficient. All of the hotel staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The suite had everything we needed for a comfortable stay for a large family. Despite being located just one block from the main square, right in the heart of the bustling commercial district, it was always quiet, and we were never disturbed by noise. We liked everything.

Room was very comfortable. Breakfast was good cooked to order. Beds had plastic lining that made it hot at night.

The location was ideal to access food and shopping, the staff were very attentive and friendly, especially Adriana who arranged transport for us several times, delicious breakfast was included and we felt safe. When we asked to change out the pillows they were accommodating. The price was fair for what we got with the rooms. The layout of the suite wasn’t ideal in that you had to walk through the master bedroom to get to the bathroom. Neither bedroom had any natural light which would have been preferable.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is fantastic, with plenty of great options. The rooftop pool area was my favorite part of the hotel, offering beautiful views. The location is also very convenient, making it easy to explore the area. nothing

It was at the center of the city and all sites were easy access. No elevator; swimming pool lacked about 1 foot of water; pressure in the shower was very low; no windows

They don't tell you about the stairs. Rooms are basically in the 2nd third and fourth floors and there are no elevators. The room was clean but the bathroom smelled like a sewer It was coming from the shower drainage Breakfast was decent Staff were wonderful

Breakfast was wonderful. Maria was so sweet and accommodating. And the rooftop was a beautiful setting to enjoy breakfast! I can’t think of anything that needs to be changed.

Staff were awesome. Very attentive and helpful. Breakfasts were nice (wished for more vegetarian/vegan options). Suites were spacious, and appreciated water bottles replenished daily. The beds were so uncomfortable (too hard). Really the only downside of the property but unfortunately bad enough that I couldn’t stay again.

Nice layout. Corner unit with wrap-around terrace and wow! a w/c in addition to bathroom. Also real close to a nice beach and convenience store and coffee shops etc. Just too loud for us —street noise, clubs, and construction.

The location was very convenient. The rooms were spacious and clean with nice linens and comfortable beds. The rooftop terrace and pool was really lovely. Breakfasts up there was great. The staff are all very nice and attentive. If you’re looking character and local decor, this is more sleek and modern, like hotel suites anywhere in the world.

Very friendly, helpful staff. English is welcome. Helpful in ordering taxis. There can be a backup at breakfast if too many guests show up at once. Everything is prepared to order and the one cook can get behind. But the food was delicious. There isn't much of a lobby, since the hotel rooms are upstairs from the street level entry.

The staff was friendly, we enjoyed the roof top pool with the kids, there was a simple included breakfast that helped us start our morning. There was one sliding door that did not lock, but it was on our balcony and we still felt safe.

The suite was big. It was in a stellar location. Breakfast was awesome! The staff was amazing. 10/10!!! I pretty much liked it.
