This property is very nice and the employees were excellent. Everything was very good

Amazing staff that went out of their way to accommodate us when circumstances beyond their control occurred. Was not able to take full advantage of the property due to power outage in the neighborhood.

The location is accessible and easy to go around the center. The design is charming and the whole place is clean. The staff are kind and friendly. I’d like to commend especially Osiris who welcomed us very warmly and helped us with our questions. She also assisted us in getting a tour.

The staff was super nice and location was easy to get a Didi Couldn’t get the shower to be warm which was ok in the afternoon but in the morning was a little troublesome

We loved our stay at this hotel . Location was great , clean , the staff super nice and helpful, incredible breakfast . I will stay there in my next visit nothing to complain about

I love the athletics of this charming boutique hotel. The room is lovely and quiet with an extra blanket, bathrobes, bath products, in room Coffee , water and some treats for an extra cost. Breakfast is prepared I. The mornings, which is nice in the garden area. What really makes this boutique hotel is the helpful, charming staff! I liked it all.

The service and the property in general was very nice. It doesn’t have to do with the property but one of the cristals of my car was smashed intentionally to rob my belongings right around the corner of the place. People should be careful of not leaving their car on the street.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, (and spoke excellent English) , the location, in Centro is near to everything, very clean, big rooms and the breakfast was wonderful! Nothing!

We only had one night and flew out very early. The staff is great, hotel very cute and comfortable. I had no hot water, I asked 2-3 times from check in to evening. All I wanted was a hot shower after 3hr car ride. I did not shower at all, flying home to shower and was my hair. If I had gotten hot water at 5am I would have given a 10. Extremely disappointing, I felt blown off like they thought I was ridiculous. I even asked if everyone just showers in cold since the city temp is hot.

The location of the hotel is great. It's in a nice neighborhood with bars and restaurants around. It's just enough outside the center to be quiet. The staff were amazing. Everyone was extremely friendly.

Rooms are small, but comfortable. The hotel space is nicely equipped and the staff were friendly and attentive. Although the property is not far from the center of the old town and some bars and restaurants, I wanted to be about 2 blocks closer.
