Clean rooms, beautiful pool area, breakfast was fresh and delicious, coffee was great, staff always helpful and friendly and we will be staying there again.

Very clean and beautiful. We had to leave

Breakfast was good, the pool was huge compared to other hotels in the city (I went to a few more expensive ones my friends were staying at) and the room was so cute. Beds were a bit firm and the water pressure in the shower could have been better.

Great staff… once you get your key, you’re free to roam around. Hard bed but not a deal breaker.

Our room was spacious and comfortable with a full refrigerator and cooking facilities. The property has a great quiet location in centro a few blocks from the busy core of the zocalo and is decorated with abundant tropical foliage. We enjoyed having access to coffee, ice and cold water in the shared central kitchen. We traveled during the hottest time of the year in Oaxaca and appreciated coming back to the refeshing pool. We, and other guests, wished the pool remained open a bit later than 8pm as there were often guests swimming, lounging and relaxing in the pool area at that hour. The pool area never felt crowded and there were plenty of lounge chairs available.

I enjoyed the pool, breakfast, and the friendly staff. I wish the water pressure was better.

Pool and breakfast Room was mainly taken up by the bed and with no outdoor space Most towels removed on last night - why?

Classic older hotel with amazing landscaping. I loved the warm pool water. Breakfast on the top patio overlooking pool and mountains will be your highlight. Close to all the main bars and restaurants of Oaxaca. Towels need replaced, they are warn out. They have a logo, unnecessary, just get nice towels.

Great location for walkability. Beautiful pool area and the water was warm. Rooms were well equipped and comfortable. The hotel best shampoo and conditioner for my thick curly hair. Secure parking lot but street parking was easy to get. Yummy breakfast on a very cute patio. Room was a little outdated. Service was a little nonchalant. For example, one breakfast nobody would give us forks.

Good location, enjoyed the pool very much, good breakfast, and a comfortable bed Had to pay to upgrade to a better room because the courtyard view rooms have no windows and are very dark. Had to pay to upgrade to a pool view room so we could open a window and get some light. The staff in the front office are not particularly friendly. I asked them for advice on how to get transportation to our next location (Huatulco) and they sent me to the wrong place which caused me a fair bit of a scramble. They simply had incorrect information.

Breakfast was included but basic. Coffee not so good.

Location and friendly staff. Quiet peaceful neighborhood

This is such a nice and well-run hotel. I really enjoyed my week here. The pool is large and surrounded by beautiful flowers. The breakfast was filling and delicious. The staff were all friendly and kind. It is a family run hotel and you can tell, it has very warm atmosphere. The location is great as well, very close to one of my favourite markets in Oaxaca, the Merced, as well as the Museo Textil de Oaxaca. I will definitely be back.

Love the oasis within the city! Breakfast every morning from a sunny rooftop with different food to choose from each day and delicious coffee! Wish breakfast would have opened at 7am

Close to everything Hard pillows

The location was certainly located, able to walk around for shopping and site seeing. Quite, clean and very comfortable pool area and upper deck for breakfast. The hardest or firmest mattresses I have slept on.
-
The pool was certainly appreciated and the location is great! Aside from occasional planes during the day it is very quiet here. I liked having 2 choices for breakfast. The bungalow room was perfect for us. The beds were too hard for my liking but I adjusted and slept well the second night.
