This property was a wonderful find. Great location close to the main center of the city. Quaint and exceptionally clean. Very quiet. Nothing we didn’t like!

Good value for our money nothing really all worked well

Location only Door code for room #6 did not work upon entry. Had to contact mgr to get in and receive different code. WiFi access not initially provided. Air conditioning in both rooms #3 and #6 dud not work. #6 did not have warm or hot water, only very cold water in shower and sink. Never fixed a/c in #3. Moved #6 room to #7 which had a lot of street noise up until 4am from taco truck in front of it and partiers. Only communication was through WhatsApp no staff on property.

Location-short walk or within walking distance to Zócalo, Llano park, La Merced Market. Cleanliness was excellent! Israel was very helpful in accommodating our request for rooms next to each other. We arrived late, Israel made sure we got the codes to front door and rooms. He also helped with arranging tours. The noise from the restaurant below and other tenants.

The location was great. Close to everything but not in the center, so easy to get around. Room was large, with 2 queen beds, a little sitting area and a kitchenette. Beds were comfy. Bathroom was large and modern. Staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was very clean, and they provided daily maid service. Air conditioning was easy to use and worked well. They provided a large jug of bottled water for my use and had no problem providing a refill. The room had complimentary coffee and tea. They also had a "mini bar" where you could pay for some limited choices of snacks and beverages. I didn't eat there, but a restaurant with a little bar was right next door. The location. It was close enough that you could hear a lot of noise when the town was really hopping. In their defense though, I was there during an extremely busy, loud time (Dia de los Muertos). The windows of the hotel were charming, but they didn't do a whole lot to block the noise. And my room faced the street, which I'm sure was part of it. I'd suggest a noise machine or ear plugs. It was also very bright due to the street lights, so make sure you bring a sleep mask. They had a blow dryer, but it was very small, low wattage.

Comfortable room within 5-10 minute walking distance of center. Some good restaurants nearby and the manager was attentive through Whatsapp as needed. A/C worked great! The curtains didn't block hardly any light from the hallway so the light kept the room lit all night.

The building appeared to have been having issues with the plumbing so there was a distinct odor that made our stay a bit unpleasant.

The location was perfect for walking. The property is nicely appointed and very clean. The manger is always available by WhatsApp and the cleaner replaced my supply of good quality coffee the day I ran out, so very considerate.
