One Oaxaca Centro Hotel

This is an amazing very modern hotel. Contrary to another review, there are elevators. Great free Breakfast buffet. Super friendly staff. Great room. Located on the edge of the Jaltalaco neighborhood and just minutes away from Centro. This will be my go-to hotel fir future trips to Oaxaca de Juarez. Everything was fine.

Location was great for the areas we wanted to visit, we had a rental vehicle and parking was accessible at all times with security 24/7 also walkable distance to local restaurants. Breakfast was good, the hotel was clean and quiet. The cleaning staff along with the front staff Ailene & Jade went out of their way to find some documents we left behind and kept them safe for us until we came back a few days later. Thank you We will definitely stay here again and recommend to our friends and family. Nothing

Cleanliness

Proximity to the central city.

The location The hotel uses plastic cups in bedrooms , cheap toilet paper, plastic dishes at breakfast. All this gives the impression of a cheap hotel, while the price is quite the opposite. Use of plastic is not contributing in any way to minimize waist and help environment. In addition, during our stay, painters were working in our floor. After a long day out visiting the city we arrived to find the smell of paint all over.

Breakfast had a great selection, lobby was clean, staff stayed busy! Nothing! Every stay i have had here is excellent!

Centrally located and within walking distance to everything we had hoped to visit on foot! Underground parking was a bonus! No complaints

The hotel located in the middle of the city and was very helpful for us. The breakfast provided by the hotel was not great.

Location was not what I expected. Ion the room, I was able to hear voices through the walls. I wished you could sale adult drinks.

I liked the parking area. I needed to leave at 5:00 and didn't require anyone to open garage or something like that. Parking on sundays is tricky for many hotels at Oaxaca.

The accommodation was clean, offered excellent water pressure, and had a great price. Breakfast was included in my booking, and the air conditioning was superb. It was quiet, despite being near the main traffic, and the staff were friendly and helpful. On-site parking was a huge advantage since finding parking in Mexico can be very challenging. The bathroom could be a little bigger. I kept hitting my elbow in the door as I was closing it behind me.

Clean, friendly staff, easy to get to from the airport, great breakfast (included) Rooms are small. Concierge told us that when we spoke with them prior to arrival, so we were not surprised. It was just one night, so it was fine. If we were staying longer as a family of 4 we would have booked a larger hotel room for us.

Location was close to the city center, but if traveling with older adults may require taking a taxi due to avoid walking on the sidewalks. Personnel were nice and helpful, accommodations were good for the pricing and I would recommend staying here. Overall a great trip to the city center of Oaxaca. It is also walking distance to a vegan/cat adoption cafe place which is awesome! They were doing construction/remodeling during our visit, which made it cumbersome during our visit - but again everyone was nice. There is no pool at this location, but during our entire stay we had water and there weren't any major issues.

Cable tv, outdoor seating in courtyard, room cleaning very good. Breakfast lacked variety

The staff, the shower and bathroom. Good breakfast. Noise from room to room.

The food was not good

It was clean. And the breakfast was good.The staff were helpful Should have extra pillows, and have kleenex in the room,and also supply a bottle of water for each person per day.

Parking & clean The walls have no insulation. I could hear the people talking and listened to snoring the entire night.

Location was good for us as the centre was only a 10 minute walk. The staff were helpful and pleasant. The bathroom was small but quite functional and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was not varied. Scrambled eggs with bean sauce every day plus, odd to us, pasta as a side on several occasions was not appealing. The last 3 days of our eight-day stay we went to one of the charming local cafes for breakfast. The space was pretty tight for an 8 day stay as we had too little space to store our clothing, shoes etc. and a very small area for hanging coats and other clothing.
