Near the center city. Hotel was near the service shuttle company we needed to continue our travel. No elevators. Most rooms are on second floor. Had to carry large luggage up the stairs.
-
Clean rooms and bathrooms. Parking was a nightmare. Very stingy with it, we were told that once parked we could not move the vehicle.
-
Just run!

Staff No hot water, pillows so uncomfortable same as the beds

In central Oaxaca. The included breakfast was quite good. Fairly economical. The tiny room lacked ventilation - it got very stuffy with 4 people. The window faced into the open courtyard, so if we had it open, we could hear the other guests and it was a bit loud.

The bed was comfortable, the hotel was clean, and the breakfast lady very nice It's very noisy, there wasn't hot water in the shower nor drinking water provided. The worst : at 8am a staff person woke us up by knocking on all the doors, I guess to check if the rooms were occupied ? She even OPENED it before leaving ! You can find way better for way cheaper.

The staff was kind and helpful. I enjoyed the breakfast. Location was convenient. Warm water is only available within a fixed schedule.

Water pressure very porr, absolutely no hot water, maybe lukewarm at very best. Internet/WiFi horrible to frequently nonexistent. Was overcharged according to rates posted in reception, but we were there for 5 nights during Dia de Muertos also. Wouldn't stay there again overall.

The breakfast was great and the lady who prepared it was very friendly, she gave a us a hug the morning we left. The bed and pillows were both rather hard.
-
Affordable and clean A little far from downtown

I loved the attention the staff provided. We’re very helpful upon our arrival, this is my second time staying here and see myself booking here in the future.

Friendly staff, good location Dark rooms.

Breakfast wasn't what the website says - not a buffet. No options and limited.

The location is ok and the breakfast was good. Staff were friendly and helpful. It looks and feels more like a drive-in motel than an actual hotel. The rooms are very basic. Toilet didn’t work in the beginning which was later fixed by the staff. We did not have any hot water. I assume they ramped up the price as it was Dia de Muertos. I guess It’s an “ok” hotel/motel if you’d pay less than we did.
