The staff was not very friendly once we started to speak English.

Very good location, walking distance to bus and train stations. Although the toilet was shared, I only shared it with one other room. Clean, comfortable and big room. Great view. Recommended! No option for food, you need to find some places by yourself. Can't get a WiFi password as it can only get from the receptionist but no one was there when I checked in. They should provide it with the key to access the room.

Perfect little rooms with unreal views on the lake view side, comfy beds, cleaned every day. Had a little kitchen area to make hot drinks and a microwave. Extremely friendly staff, and in a perfect location with the Hallstatt ferry literally on your doorstep, the playground/swim area right next door, and a pizzeria within 5 mins walk. Not a reflection on the property at all, however it does not cater for gluten free, and there are only 3 restaurants close by, and none cater for gluten free, which made it extremely difficult to find food. Just something to bare in mind if you are celiac.

Lake front, staff are welcoming and helpful Very Small room for higher price No AC or Fan so we have to keep window open and welcome mosquitoes and flies to the room No options any food services. Will have to drive for 20 minutes for acceptable restaurants

Location is superb. Lake View from the balcony is so beautiful. Breakfast is buffet and it is perfect. Beds are comfortable. Room size is small and not so clean. Also you have to pay for the parking which is 12€.

We loved the location of this hotel in Obertraun! Right on the lake! We had a beautiful view of Hallstatt right from our own private balcony. The hosts were very friendly and helpful!

Everything the receptionist their way of behavior and the service was really good , the rooms were very clean and the best of best was the breakfast service lot of varieties and people were very friendly and helpful it was really good.

The hotel is in a grate location first line to the lake. 8m driving to Halshtat. Our room had a balkony with an amazing viwe. Clean room. No Parking lot at the hotel, you need to pay for a parking space outside

The location of the hotel is beautiful. The view from the room over the lake is wonderful. The sunsets are beautiful. The bed in the room is the most comfortable I've slept in. I will come back with my family !!! Regards service !!! See you later!!! I liked everything!!!
